Because everything runs very smooth. We went to Florida and the change was simple. A few times the fall function went off and they called within minutes. I would say it is well worth the money.

They were very helpful in explaining their unit/system when we first in inquired about it. They were very patience in helping us to set-up the unit and walked us through how to use each piece of equipment. The couple of times the alert button was activated by mistake they were very responsive in making sure we were okay.

Only been with MobileHelp a few months. Initial contact and device setup was very easy. Only issues has been the monthly test of my device. It is semiautomatic, however both times it fails and it tells me to call Cust Serv. That call only takes a moment and then the all is good.

Price wise, it is very competitive and you get much more compared to some other life alert things. I have had some difficulty with the fall feature, I've fallen three times and it never went off so I talked to customer support and I had my pendant replaced. I feel safer wearing it because I am prone to falls.

The button is super sensitive, so many needless calls for you to answer, & instead of having the ability for me to answer you on the devise I'm wearing, I have to be close to the main unit. I've accidentally set off the alarm 2-3 times in one day, & once, about a half hour after the first. Isn't there a way for me to communicate directly with a devise I'm wearing?

So far it seems like a good product...knock on wood, we haven't had to use it for an emergency yet. Hopefully they are better at answering emergencies, than they are at customer problems. Wait time was ridiculous first time, last time was better.

I like that I can go a long ways outside of the area and it will tell people where I'm at no matter where I am. I've tested the device and I've also pressed it accidentally and they call back.

I don't like that it only goes six hundred feet. I misunderstood when they sold me the stuff. I thought it went everywhere. They were professional. When we got the machine, we went on vacation and my husband was not able to put it together. When I got back, I had a friend that was visiting with me. She put it together but we were not sure it worked because nobody called us.

So far, it's working good. The only thing I notice is that it's kind of sensitive. Any little thing hits it, it goes off. It just send out an alarm, but I'm learning how to deal with that. The key on the lock box where you put the keys, it doesn't go with every door. I tested it once I had it and it works perfectly.

Tested it just yesterday I was a little confused because there was a lot of lights going off. It was twenty minutes before someone called and asked if everything. It was obviously it was a test. I was surprised that it took so long for someone to call. Not happy with the wrist watch style its heavy on my arm and it makes me itch.

I bought it for my mother. It give me security knowing that she can get somebody to help if I'm not there. She accidently hit the watch and it went off. They kept trying to talk to her through the speaker but she doesn't hear well so it took a while to get her attention.

I like the fact that I can carry it around my neck or on my wrist. I tested it a couple of times. One time it dropped and the beeper went off so I just pushed stop. It works great. I just had a heart attack and if somebody had not been with me. I would have been able to use this to call for help.

Ive fallen before and had a stroke and didn't have anything to push. If I had had MobileHelp I could have gotten help sooner. One night it went off because I hadn't moved in awhile and they asked me if I was okay. I told them I was fine. I think them reaching out to me is helpful.
