So far I am happy with mobile help. They have pretty good customer service when I call with questions. I am not always sure that the battery lasts as long as it supposed to. Sometimes I wear it for a couple of hours when I am outside and it loses its charge. So I still have some questions about the device.

The follow that the company provides is good. When I test it, it seems to be working fine. It’s easy to wear on your belt. I’ve fallen five times since I’ve had it and the fall mechanism has not worked for any of those falls.
