I’ve accidentally hit the button several times and had to call them but they were quick to answer and settle it, they give good service every time I need them, so I am completely satisfied. It is kind of expensive though.

I accidentally set it off when I was trying to test it. They called back immediately. At that time I wasn't quite sure what to do, I didn't realize that I had to go to either the mobile or main device for them to hear me. Just wish that I didn't have to have two devices with me.

It's reallly slow in responding. I bumped it by accident and it takes a really long time before they actually answer. Close to a minute, which concerns me if it was a real emergency if I'm on the floor until they finally even answer the thing. I got the device two days before my daughter wanted me to move out from Massachusetts to Florida. I called and asked them to put my first month on hold til I relocated to Florida. They said no problem, but they didn't do it. So I called back when I got bills again. The point was they said sure we can hold it until you relocate and they did not do it.

It's in the accessory that we purchased for her. Now I can't remember what it does but she has to take it with her along with the pendant that she wears and the watch that's on her arm and she has to remember to take it all with her all the time.

I've tested it several times and I've always gotten immediate response that I was testing and it worked out very well. It's almost a little too sensitive. It goes off very easily if I bump into something. I've gotten very good customer service help from them.

I like the professionalism. I like the repsonse time. I liked the notification system where two other people are notified if my mother has an incident or problem. We don't like that if she accidentally hits the necklace then she precesses the button twice and gets a message that says it's been cancelled, but the emergency people are sent anyway. It's difficult to make changes in the system. I have attempted to change a cell phone number for my mother and all the offices were closed.

Very good service, but my mother has a problem with accidently setting off the alarm. It's not the company's fault; it has been her fault and their response has been excellent, but it was a little scary receiving all of the alerts. We did find out that the system works!

Works as promised! VERY responsive when fall alarm is triggered. it's happened 4 or 5 times and I was talking to a human within 1 minute each time. But the device may be TOO sensitive. None of those calls were the result of an actual fall. Better safe than sorry, though. Definitely not a complaint.
