I worry about the necklace because I am not used to wearing anything but that has nothing to do with the company. I like that they get back to you when it is an accident that it is set off. It is very quick to respond.

It is a little expensive but they are helpful getting it set up and the equipment seems to be top quality. I like the option of the necklace or wrist band. It would be nice if you didn’t need an extra mobile carrier and if you could communicate with the operator through the mechanism.

Pretty sensitive, it goes off sometimes when I barely bump it on anything. When the alert does go off they are really helpful if you need anything. They answer right away. It works really fast.

Out of the 3 or 4 companies I emailed, Mobile Help was the only one who responded. It is for my mom. They were responsive to my questions and inquiries. I like the idea of her being able contact if something is wrong.

It’s for my mother who has Alzheimer’s so it is difficult for her. I am afraid that she will fiddle around with it and set it off accidentally, that is the biggest drawback I have with it. They are proactive in answering questions and it does work.

It’s convenient because it has fall detection. I feel safe leaving my dad at home alone. I know he is not on the floor for hours if he falls. The only thing we don’t like is the watch band is not big enough.

It does what is supposed to do. I don’t like because it is inconvenient it but it is necessary. I tested it and I got a response within two minutes. They are very responsive but the sales reps don’t know the tech so I got conflicting messages about what to buy.

Had good service and the people who answers are very caring& helpful even when the button was pushed by accident they wanted to make sure that I was ok. I liked that about Mobile Help. Customer service is good. The only thing I kind of dislike is the idea they talk to you from a central location. If you’re not in the house, she can’t talk to you and they all the first alert people. It’s not a big deal.
