We had a mishap with the system and we are looking for an alternative and we want to stop using it. We could not find our loved one and we were using the GPS tracker We eventually called the police, who also looked at the tracker. It said she was in one place and kept flippng all over the place. We thought she had dropped it. Then we found her at home, and the mobile help device was there too.

I have not needed assistance at all so it's hard to assess quality of performance. I did accidentally bump my "fall necklace" and was immediately contacted but could not communicate back. My friend, who has the number on her phone, called to let your company know it was a false alarm? What if I had been by myself somewhere away from home and couldn't contact you to let you know it was a false alarm?

The service has been great. One concern is that my mother lost electricity for about 8-10 hours and the battery was low. The device would make a statement in the middle of the night that the battery was low. We need a battery that can last longer than 8-10 hours if there is a storm.

I requested to downgrade the service before the 30 day trial was up. I returned the base unit. I was told by the representative that my mom would get a $54 refund. Now I’m being told it is only a $24 refund. When I am given double messages I lose my trust in the company to provide my mom with this important life saving service. It has been very challenging to discuss this with customer service. I feel that my word and opinion as a customer are not valued. I don’t know if my mom will want to renew the service because of this.

The initial conversation/sales pitch went well however: 1. The names were spelled incorrectly on the contract documentation. 2. The equipment was shipped to the wrong address after two conversations with representatives ensuring that it would be shipped to the correct address. 3. I was not able to receive a refund of the $80+ it cost ME to deliver the equipment to the correct address after I paid MobileHelp $30 for overnight delivery.

I rate them on what they did to help me set up the equipment to provide me service. Initially when I applied for their service, they were helpful & efficient. But they delayed sending the equipment to me by at least 9 days though they were already charging me for the service. After I got the equipment, I was told to provide additional information on myself that would help the responder to know how to reach me. They did not explain, how I could enter their internet website portal to enter the additional needed information. I sent at least two emails and wait for them to explain how to do this. Finally after about 2-3 weeks later a technician called me and set up the system to enable me to log into the portal. All this time I was paying for service that I would not be able to receive if an emergency came up. This concerns me because I wonder if in a real emergency they would respond quickly to my needs to as quickly as they responded to accepting my purchase of their services. So as of now, I don't trust their ability to respond to my emergency needs. Their machine & instructions were easy to follow. I assume their equipment is good. I haven't had any emergencies, so I cannot rate them on their services.

The bracelets are not designed well. The first one made my wrist break out: the second one , the velcro catchs on everything. It has snagged my blouses and catches on stuffed furniture. The neck unit is heavy and doesn't stay charged long enough. There is no place to turn it off when it starts loudly daying to find a battery source. All in all, I am not thrilled with it.

Have to keep up with it constantly making sure battery pack is in charger and with you when you leave the house. When the button is pushed the voice comes out of the battery pack. If you are in another room, not sure they could hear you.

I have not had to actually use Mobile Help and hope I never have to, however the system start up was easy. The initial order was not sent correctly and the lock box code was not correct, however Mobile Help representatives helped to fix this situation. Once the new equipment arrived and we contacted Mobile Help for support with activating and testing the device, the service representativie was not very friendly and seemed annoyed with our questions. However, we hope to have a good expereience and feel better that there is protection in place for mom when and if she needs it. Thank you.
