I’m not too happy that she has to be right in the house close to it and she has to push button if she fell. Really needed one that detects falls in case she hit her head or was so bad hurt she couldn’t push button

I'm not happy with it. Actually, I should have been told when I ordered it, it would need to be charged. I wouldn't have gotten it. Also, the only thing I'm using is the button. I don't need the lock. I don't need anything during the day. The main reason I got it was to have it at night, but that's the only time I am able to charge it. then.

I don't like that the cord is thick and black. It is difficult to to keep it out of sight when wearing regular clothing. There have been times when driving that I have gone over a bump and it has alerted. I have dropped it and there was no alert.

I have had 8 or 9 false alarms with no apparent cause. It’s the fall detect feature that’s causing the problem. I’ve shortened the lanyard and now know I can press for 5 seconds to turn it off but the lanyard notification is barely audible (my hearing is good).

The monitor my sister wears around her neck is too sensitive and goes off when she turns over while sleeping and the one she is supposed to wear on her wrist the watch band is too short and falls off all the time cause the last hole doesn’t leave enough strap to be held down, do you have a large/longer strap??

Customer service is great! Both the sales rep and the tech support folks were extremely helpful, answered all my questions and gave me some good tips and pointers. The unit that has fall detection is a bit clunky and takes some getting used to. If you are a small person, I recommend getting the adjustable lanyard. The standard one hangs down to my bellybutton and swings around a lot, which gave me some false fall detection alarms.

My husband passed away Nov. 2023 after 50 years of marriage. A fall is what caused his death. So my sons wanted me to get a fall monitor for myself. It makes me feel a lot more secure. I have not fallen as of this time, but have bumped the monitor and got immediate response. I highly recommend.

Customer Service has been great from the initial inquiry to current service. I have some concerns about how sensitive the equipmwnr is and how frequently it calls for assistance. I am very active and without any actual fall, the pendant can be activated even while I am taking a shower and may not hear or see the activation. I have decided to continue to use MobileHelp for a while longer and to track the number of false alarms. This is quite stressful for me and limits my use of the device.

I have had several false alarms where I accidentally touched the help button without meaning to. It takes several tries to cancel a false alarm which I found annoying. On a good note, the representative I spoke to when I ordered the system was very helpful and I will contact her to try to resolve the issue. I also feel the battery has too short a life span before needing to be recharged. I can see this would be a big problem if you had to leave the item on the charger and actually needed to request help.

love the lock with a house key inside on my Mom's door for EMS and that the company notified local EMS. we did a test May 1st and all the family that was supposed to get texted did get their texts.
