I'm satisfied with Mobile Help because it makes me feel safe when I'm outside. The only time I used it, they stayed on the phone until the ambulance came over and explained to the doctors what had happened to me. Definitely a 10 out of 10 stars.

I heard about this company when I was in rehab. I have fallen and broken my hip before and if somebody had not come to see me I would have been on the floor for a really long time. Now I have this service so if I fall again I can get help immediately. Any time I call the people are very courteous and kind. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I fell a few times and one time outside when there is nobody around to help me and they decided it was necessary because my balance is very bad. My daughters looked them up and got this for me. I am satisfied with them because they've always been there to answer when I had problems but its a little over sensitive because frequently when I roll over in bed at night it goes off. The sales team is very easy to work with. My daughters came and set this up for me, but they didn't have any problems.

I had a stroke last November and I live alone, so I thought that this would be the best thing. I've tested the product a few times and it works great, i'm just glad that I haven't really had to use the product yet. The only thing is that I wish the pendant necklace that I wear was made differently. it isn't very comfortable an it is so long. The length is adjustable but when i shorten it it just works its way back down to full length.

I fell once and I didn't have my phone near me. thats when we realized that I needed some kind of medical pendant. My husband has problems too so it just makes sense for us. Also, we are both in a stage where if they other one fell, there is nothing we could do about it. We would need help from an emergency service. I know that it works because the button is very sensitive. I have accidentally pressed the button multiple times and they call immediately. I think that they button might be a little too sensitive actually.

I live alone so my boys decided to get one for me to make sure I was taken care of when I was by myself. I take it with me when I go out, and it gives me the feeling that I can get help. It's really nice to have, and my boys think so too. When I first got it, I accidentally bumped it a few times and it went off and the people asked me if I needed anything. I told them no and they were very nice about it - they said they would rather me hit it when I don't need to than not hit it when I do. My sons and I have been very satisfied with everything.
