For some reason, my mobile device started ringing and said it was connecting. Then somebody came online to verify that I was fine. It took less than 2 minutes, but They're very pleasant to speak with. Personally, I'm just glad that there's finally an option that doesn't connect with the landline.

So far, I haven't had to use it, but it's just a comfort to know that I've got it there just in case of an emergency. Plus, I spoke to a very helpful gentleman, and just like he said, the system is simple to use. Financially speaking, it's not too bad either. I would recommend it to anybody. When my mother was alive, we had to use it several times, and the service worked really well! When the battery was malfunctioning, they replaced it within a day or two. They've just been very helpful, and I couldn't feel any safer with it myself, now that I'm using it as well.

We purchased the device for a loved one, and so far, it's worked just fine. However, the wristband sometimes comes unlatched. Besides that, They've done a good job. They're also very helpful, and They've responded immediately when the alarm has gone off by accident.

It just makes me feel more comfortable and safe. The only thing I have problems with is the string, or the whatever you call it, around the neck. The device is sort of heavy, and my neck is very sore after a couple of days. After that I just go back to using the watch, and then back to the necklace; just back and forth.

I had to take my cats to the vet one time, and all of a sudden I felt dizzy and light headed, as if I was about to faint. I pushed the button and they responded right away and sent an ambulance. They were very polite and helpful, especially when it came to dealing with the devices. My only complaint is that the fall detector often goes off when I'm not anywhere near falling.

So far, it's been working very well. I liked the feature where I can go on the computer and locate my mom. It's effective because my mom had not been home for a few hours, and it turned out she stayed at the hair salon a little bit longer to chat with her friends. Gentleman who signed me up was very helpful with questions, concerns I had. A few reps who I called 2 set up my Mobile Alert weren't informed on certain problems I found, but resolved myself. Most customer service people nice a few not &!lke I said a couple needed 2 b more informed with helping set up Mobile Alert. When I push test responder monthly, so far person who talks to you through phone, who takes call very nice & polite.

Set up procedures and assistance thus far have been very good. Fortunately we have not had to use the technology in any capacity since my mom has had good health. The real test for your product will occur unless we have an emergency. Hopefully the need to test your product will not be required. I hope all aspects of your product work efficiently if needed. The 1 time my mom accidentally hit her button while using the vacuum & did not hear the call center's call, emergency help arrived & used the lock box to enter. She absolutely did not mean to cause the emergency but Mobile Help's response was immediate. This assured me and my mom of Mobile Help if needed in an emergency.

Customer service is all that I have used so far. Each person has been like talking to a friend. I suggest that you market your product as a safety device for college girls and youthful hikers as well as for the elderly. Get the stigma of "old" off and the advantage of "help" for all ages on. I think that you'll see your sales soar.

We had a landline phone because of my son's special needs, but after getting a lot of nuisance calls, he was afraid of going near the phone. With Mobile Help, all he has to do is push the button on his watch, and help will arrive. I thought the GPS would be great, but you have to carry the bulky unit on your belt, and my son doesn't like that, so I'm going to cancel it. Besides that, the home thing is great, it's really convenient.

The only thing is that I've set it off accidentally. I have the fall detection and I've set it off twice because I was wearing it to bed.
