So far, so good. I haven't had to use it, but I bumped it once, and it went off. Plus, their sales team was excellent, and I have no problems with the service, because they're on the phone with me constantly. I do have to say that the wrist watch was too small for my wrist, so they sent me another one without a problem.

My mother said she didn't feel safe when I was away on a trip, so I decided this would be a good option for her. We've had it for a short period, but it seems good so far. Also, it was easy to install. I do have to say that my mother is a little deaf, so I'm afraid she'll press the help button while it's in her bag, without her being able to hear it. Besides that, it's all been just fine.

I've been mostly satisfied with the service and the sales team, since I learned about it on the internet, and using the equipment has been excellent. The only thing is that I've set it off accidentally. I have the fall detection and I've set it off twice because I was wearing it to bed. I guess I rolled over or something and that was enough to set the thing off, I didn't fall out of the bed or anything like that, but I have to be kinda careful with it; I don't want to move too quickly.

We're extremely satisfied with the service so far. The person we bought it for has Parkinson's disease, and I think Mobile Help goes further than the previous company we had. The devices are easy to use, and they provide a tag that you put on your door to remind you to take the pendant with you. It's good for my him, because his memory is bad.

I've got like 5 major illnesses and part of it includes falling frequently and blacking out, so my family thought this would be good for me. Their representatives have been excellent! I'm satisfied with the service; however, the fall button is very sensitive. It tends to go off on its own.

It works for sure because when we tested it, they automatically came on the phone. My wife has certain cognitive deficits, which make it important to me to be able to know that she's safe. Mobile Help is one of the devices that allows her to get help, in the events that would require it. Using it was simple and straightforward, plus, they have a very good customer service. I had have a stroke years ago and I live alone so you know I felt you know I needed something to you know in case of emergency so no body finds me just laying on the floor. Then I saw MobileHelp in my AARP monthly news letter. So far so good. Only feedback is when you go out, you have to keep charging the small unit you know that you take with you when you're far.
