We got it because we like the fact that it is wireless. Since they had a sale on it when we got it, it ended up being a very reasonable price for us. We haven't used it yet, but the button is comfortable and very easy to use. Customer service is good and everything was very easy to set up.

The big determining factor that made me choose it was the fact that it can travel with you. I've had it for a very short time, it has only been a week. Still, this one is more convenient than the one my mother used to have. The people that I talked to from MobileHelp were excellent and they answered my questions. They made it very easy to use it.

I looked it up after seeing the commercial and I saw that Mobile Help has the fall button; that's what my main concern was, because we were with Phillips and it didn't have that service. Someone is not always with the person it's for, so that was the main purpose for going with Mobile Help.

My neighbors suggested it for me, so I got it. I haven't had to use it yet, but the button is comfortable I just wish it had a white rope instead of a black one for the piece that goes around your neck. Customer support helped us get everything set up. I think it's all very nice.

I got it since they had more to offer than the other companies. Everything they've said has been good, their customer support is good quality. The device is also very effective. It is very sensitive so if you fall or drop the pendant, the alarm will go off. Hopefully I won't need it in the future, but I'm glad I have it.

I needed to have something since I live alone and have a lot of health problems. I take the mobile GPS with me when I go into my car, it's just very convenient. It can go with you when you're driving, going grocery shopping, etc. and you can use it to get help right away.

My family is the one that has it and they say that it's very useful. All you have to do is push the button and the ambulance or whatever will know your location and come help you. They use it everyday except for when they sleep. I wish I had it since I fell the other day and I couldn't push myself up.

Still, when I researched it their service was in the top 5 services of this type. Price-wise it was in between those and, since the reviews were good, I picked it out. I decided on it based on the thing that you can put on the doorknob. If you have that, they don't have to break in to get to you. It's easier for them too. I haven't had a chance to use it, but I hit it by accident and it wasn't even two seconds before they were on the line to see if I was ok. The thing is a little big though.

My daughter was the one that chose this for me when I was at the hospital. On a typical day, I just put the wristwatch thing on and walk around with it. I haven't had to use it, but when my daughter tested it we got an instantaneous response. They were quick. The button is also easy to use.

Sometimes I'm alone so I figured I might need to have something like this when I'm out driving by myself. I just thought I might need it and it's better to be safe than sorry. I have the one that you can wear like a wristwatch and I wear it all the time. I like it because I don't have to worry about it. I can just push the button and somebody will be there to help me. It's a good thing to have, especially for a 50 year old person like me. Anything like this that helps me is worth the money.

My sister has had this for quite a few years, so when I went and got one I picked the same one. I haven't had to use it at all, though the other day I actually made the mistake of leaning too fast to pick up a throw rug and that set the alarm off. That has happened several times already actually, and every time I've gotten a call from them immediately. The only problem that has popped up is that they want me to put on a thing on the door knob, I think to let EMS come in, but I don't have a knob they can put it on...

I made a quick decision on it. This one and three other services were in the AARP magazine and I called them. The person that responded was very charming and told me that her mother actually used it to. It all just seemed like a good idea. I haven't had to use it, but the neck alarm goes off with the least amount of provocation. I'm a big person, somewhat overweight, and I like reading while lying on my stomach. The thing was really sensitive and it would go off on its own because it thought I was falling when I was just really lying down. When it goes off, you have to press and hold the button just to stop it and then I have to tell them that it was a mistake. I'm finally wearing the wrist one which doesn't seem to be as sensitive. Now I'm just a bit worried about going down to the cellar to wash. It doesn't seem like anyone would be able to hear me from there. If I can't hear them or they can't hear me and I set it off by accident they won't know that. I probably should have extra ones down there but I'm not sure if that'll solve the problem. I also don't really like wearing it in the bathtub, but I guess I have to. Other than that it did take me a little while to figure out how to take the other little piece with me when I go out of the house to do grocery shopping and other things. I mean, I had been laying on my bed for months because I had a had a problem with my knee, so I didn't really try to figure it out then, but I understand it now. I feel safer having some kind of connection to other people. I still have to come up with more people to put in the list of contacts to have, at the moment I just have my daughter, but it's ok for now. I don't like that customer support has limited service hours, so if you have any hassle when they're not available there are not many options, you just have to wait. I thought the thing was expensive, but I did pay for a whole year so that might be why.

As yet, I have not had to use any of the devices = in fact, I would like to return the wrist band as I don't have a use for that. Maybe I need to read over the instructions to see if that wrist band is something I really need. Otherwise I think the system is very good. Your company rated highest when I was looking for a system I could take outside and with me on any trips.

I needed to have something since I'm at a high risk of falling. I've never had to use it but my alarm went off a couple of times on its own. On those occasions they have called immediately to make sure that I'm ok. The system is easy to get to and I know if I fell I would be able to push the button and get help.

I decided on MobileHelp since it has the GPS feature and I can take it anywhere I go. I mainly use the fall button, though I had a surgery fairly recently and I'm now recovering at home. Still, they respond immediately when the alarm goes off, though sometimes it seems like it goes off too easily. I do like the fact that you can take it into the shower.

There was a time when I felt that I was having problems with my heart so I pressed the button. It turned out to be a false alarm that time. I've only really talked to them couple of times and I got good service and suggestions on what to do to improve my service and cover my necessities. The device is too sensitive though. Even if I just jiggle the button that detects falls it goes off. They should be sending me one that's not as sensitive. It is a little bit expensive, but I would recommended it for anybody that lives alone and needs it. It's pretty effective and good immediately.

I bought it for my aunt since she could go any place outside her home with it. So far she has used it about 8 times already. Customer service is easy to deal with and when they call my aunt she can understand them well. I think that the wristband device is great since it doesn't turn in your hand or anything like the medallion does.
