The service I had was out of business so I decided to get Mobile Help instead. They have been really good and explained everything to me. Sometimes I'll accidentally hit something and the automated fall button activates, so they call right away and are really polite; plus, they also ask if there's anybody else in the home that needs help. I just haven't had any problem with them.

I purchased the duo a couple of years ago because I fall a lot and have other health issues. I'm basically satisfied, except that they need to make sure they call the closest ambulance service possible. I had to wait 20 minutes for an ambulance to get to me once, and they didn't take me to the hospital I wanted to go to. Overall, their sales team is great and it wasn't hard to set it up. I would give it a 9 out of 10 stars.

I heard about this company when I was in rehab. I have fallen and broken my hip before and if somebody had not come to see me I would have been on the floor for a really long time. I had a stroke last November and I live alone, so I thought that this would be the best thing. I've tested the product a few times and it works great, i'm just glad that I haven't really had to use the product yet. The only thing is that I wish the pendant necklace that I wear was made differently. it isn't very comfortable an it is so long. The length is adjustable but when i shorten it it just works its way back down to full length.

I fell once and I didn't have my phone near me. thats when we realized that I needed some kind of medical pendant. My husband has problems too so it just makes sense for us. Also, we are both in a stage where if they other one fell, there is nothing we could do about it. We would need help from an emergency service. I know that it works because the button is very sensitive. I have accidentally pressed the button multiple times and they call immediately. I think that they button might be a little too sensitive actually.
