After watching a Television Advertisement I decided to get Mobile Help, considering I live alone and fall frequently. I'm very satisfied with the service so far and it makes me feel more comfortable to have it with me. Their sales team was excellent and everything was very easy to open, set up and use. The only problem I had is that I asked them not to charge my Credit Card for one of the payments because I was going to write them a check and they did it anyway. I was not very happy about it.

I purchased the duo a couple of years ago because I fall a lot and have other health issues. I'm basically satisfied, except that they need to make sure they call the closest ambulance service possible. I had to wait 20 minutes for an ambulance to get to me once, and they didn't take me to the hospital I wanted to go to. Overall, their sales team is great and it wasn't hard to set it up. I would give it a 9 out of 10 stars.
