I got this because of the convince of having it with you at home or when you go out. I was out shopping with my daughter, tripped on a rug, fell and cut open my head. My daughter press the button and in a couple of minutes we had the help that we needed. I have never had any trouble with it.

I used this when I fell in the kitchen and I had my device on me. I pressed the button and they were very prompt in answering. I pushed the button the other day to test it and they came right back and wanted to know if I needed help. They are very nice. The device I wear is very sensitive. I can take it with me wherever I go.

I can take my alert with me if I have to go out in the yard or away from home. I like knowing that the medical people are available if I have an emergency and they are available. Anyone who lives alone or needs medical aid should have one.

I use this product as a security blanket. Occasionally, I'll forget to take it off at night and it will go off, notifying them I need help. Anytime something like that accidentally happens, they call soon to make sure I'm alright. It's a great company that runs well and there are no problems.

It's a good value, I am on a very fix income and so I'm very pleased with the cost over. I'm retired and now I live alone so when I go to clean or garden its nice to have for that. I have a laundry downstairs, so I when I have to go downstairs I'm glad I have it. Costumer support has been good.

A friend and I did some investigating and chose this because if I'm out walking and had a fall I could talk to them. It has GPS which is good. It took me a little while to get it set up, but I called mobile help and they helped with questions and were so willing to help and didn't make me feel dumb for asking them.

When I called them I got my answer very quickly. I wear it all day long and keep it right by my bed at night. I carry it with me when I go out. I always have it available. I'm all by myself and this gives a lot of peace and comfort to know if I should fall or get sick I have someone I can call and talk to and get help.

I can take it everywhere, I can have it outside or if it's raining outside. I walk a lot and I travel with it, it makes me feel comfortable. I had an alert company before mobile help and I didn't have any GPS service on that one. That's what I like about mobile help- the GPS.

I tried another button that was too big and burdensome. This one is smaller and seems to cover a lot of the needs that elderly people have when we're alone. I got it more as an insurance policy than anything else. I wear it 24 hours a day. We called in once and customer support was very helpful. I feel much safer with this.

I looked at various services and they were the most consistently good in their ratings. I haven't had it for very long. I wear the pendant every day and the wristband at night. During the day my husband wears the wristband too. That one is a little bit uncomfortable, it's a little too wide, but other than that I'm satisfied with it.

My son and daughter were the ones that did all of this for me. They just decided I should have it. One day I had it in my walker when it just fell to the floor. They were very quick to answer my call. I just had to tell them it had been an accident and that was it. I feel a lot safer with it now than before. I'm really glad my children got it.

I got sick and was taken to the hospital to be taken care of. There I saw some advertisements on TV for MobileHelp so I called them. They hooked me up on the very same day. They were just very prompt in helping me get started with the program. I feel very comfortable with it, it's a good quality product. I looked online and they were one of the best ones, so I went for it. It was also great because it didn't require a long term contract. It was very easy to discontinue the service if I didn't like it. I like the wristband the most. I haven't used it but we've tested it and it works fine.

At the time I got it everything just sounded good. I wear the thing all the time and it seems to be working fine. Thing is, it doesn't really do everything the first representative told me it did. I contacted customer service afterwards and they explained to me what it actually did. I was a little disappointed. Actually, our original call wasn't really that honest when it came to the information they gave us.

I went online and got information from 8 companies at random, MobileHelp was one of them. My biggest concern with them all was all the legal garbage that comes with this kind of stuff. The salesperson from MobileHelp explained those to me really well and, because of that, I signed up. Customer service and technical support are both great. The pendant that I received at first was too sensitive, any general movement would set it up, so I asked for another one. I just received that one today so I haven't tried it yet. As far as I know, it's good quality.

I used to have it before and since I never had any trouble with them, I got it again. I've had to use it about 5 or 6 times already. The only thing I'm not quite happy about is that the first day that I put the fall detection button on, it went off. I just took a nap with it and it just went off without any reason.

We picked it because it had the fall detection button that you could wear on your neck. It seems to do everything that we need it to do. It alerts the hospital if the alarm goes off and it works both inside and outside. The person that uses it wears it every day.
