At first they just sent me the main unit, later they sent me the mobile unit that you can use to take with you. They were really good at explaining the difference between the base and mobile units, and they were good about getting the trade in quickly.

I have fallen twice without my husband being home to help and I've been very grateful to this. There have been at least 3 times where I have accidentally pushed the button and they came on immediately. I wear the wrist band and it's excellent, I can even use it in the shower. I like that I can go somewhere outside the house and still have help.

I ordered the lanyard device because the other one that I was using had a button that was hard to push. Using MobileHelp, they know exactly where I am. Your location is found by satellites which makes it helpful when you leave the house.

I don't understand because I fell a couple of months ago and didn't use it and somebody found me. Since then I've had calls from you about an ambulance and the cops being here and I don't even understand what I'm supposed to push.

When I punch the button, it usually isn't more than 5-10 minutes I leave with an ambulance or somebody, whatever I need. They're just real quick. It's so easy to use and I don't have to worry about anything because it's charged all the time.

I thought their support was very good. When I started using it, they helped me set it up. They were there when I have questions and they're very pleasant, nice to talk to. I like the watch, it's comfortable. I had the necklace but I just wasn't comfortable with that.

In all the times that I have to call them to get the thing set up all the custumer support was very good. It works great, it reaches what it needs to do and it has a good source of power. Compared to everything else that I searched out Mobile help was the best one for the money and it's got excellent service so far.

I do the one on my wrist all the time and it is very comfortable. Customer service always answers my questions and always makes sure everything's working on it. I pushed it on mistake and talked ot them and I feel very confident because I do have it in case of emergency.

They're always very friendly, they're always very nice. Sometimes the calls take a long time to get answered. They tell you they take anywhere from 30 seconds to 90 seconds and sometimes it just seems a rather long time before they pick up the phone.

I just used it to test it on a location where I wanted to come on occasion and I was able to do that perfectly. I hit it on a accidentally one time the customer service was able to call me right away without an issue. It's lightweight and you don't even know that you're wearing it.

I like the fact that I have a door entry for the paramedics and staff that come in. When I do the testing, I'm pleased. They answer right away and they're right on top of things. It is very sensitive, I've set it off several times without meaning to just by turning in bed or moving the wrong way and it sets it off.

The first device I had was the bracelet that was over sensitive, they asked me to send it back and they sent me a new one. They listen very carefully and do what they say they're going to do. It runs very well, and they seem prepared to do anything.

I got this because of the different ways you can use it. I can wear it on my wrist, my neck, in the shower, but they only give you one choice. It goes off by itself and that's aggravating to me. But, they're right there when it does go off.

I really like the lock on your door feature, where anyone can get in to help me like a fireman or ambulance. The necklace isn't heavy, and the watch is kind of bulky. Customer service is always there to answer questions right away.

I got this because I could wear it as a watch and not have to carry it around my neck all the time. It works wherever I go. I can put a button and get help instantly, whether that's in the car, or the grocery store. They are extremely responsive, it's almost instant.

I had a couple of real nasty falls and I was able to use the alert button. It isn't uncomfortable at all, I'm able to wear it each day. They have a very good service, they do as prompt a job as they can at getting help to you. The equipment sends out quick alerts, and you get a quick response.

I enjoy the fact that I can call them anywhere whether I'm outside my house, in my car, or out of town and get help from them if I need it. Once I stepped out of the shower, fell down, and I pushed the little button. They sent police and an ambulance to my home. I feel very secure knowing I can call for help right away.

I have both the wristwatch and the necklace, and the only objection I have is the small GPS is in the watch, but not in the necklace, like I would prefer. I take this device with me at all times. Last week I accidentally pressed it twice when I bent over while it was in my pocket. They answer almost immediately, and call my name to make sure I'm okay.

You can use this device anywhere in the US, and it has a GPS feature. When I've accidentally pressed the alert button, I've been impressed with how quick they are in responding to me. They have been there for a few falls I've had over the last 10 years, and I really appreciate the safety and security it provides me.

So far the customer service has been excellent. We haven't had an emergency yet, but when there have been false alarms they're very responsive. Also, when the fall detector was defective and sending a signal even when it was sitting on the bedside table, they promptly replaced it.

I tested it, and I noticed that it was quite responsive. My husband dropped the necklace and immediately it called in. We haven't used it that long, but we've been pleased so far. When I called in to ask about it, the person was very patient with me and even called me back when they said they would.
