The lady that first called us kept calling back when we couldn't make up our mind and she was very nice and we actually do like the product. We're on a cellular system out here in the country so it takes several times to find the connection. The lanyards are made of cloth and they're starting to fray on us and we've only had them a couple three months so they need to work on a better, stronger lanyard system.

One time I fell in the bathroom and needed help and I used it then and I got help. They took me to the hospital. They have contacted me more than once to get my contact numbers and they talk to me through the transmitter if I have a problem and they've kept in good touch.

I have a dislike for people who lie to me when they're selling a product and they lied to me. I had a hard time deciding whether I wanted to keep it or not and I decided after using it for a week or so that it's very easy to use so I'm letting go of the fact that they didn't tell the truth. However; I don't have a great trust of the company as a result.

I've accidentally used it when hitting golf balls and I had the wristband on and here comes the fire department stopped in front of my driveway and I can't go out and hit golf balls with the wristband on anymore. The device goes off way too easily. Too many times has it accidentally hit against something, or the alarm has gone off while I was getting dressed. I also wish the necklace had a shorter string on it. The bracelets are great. Every time I acceidentally set it off they are so gracious and tell me not to worry about it, it happens all the time.

Every time that I've tested my device, they answer quickly and double-check to make sure that I and anyone else in the house is safe and I don't have an emergency. There's a little problem with the pendant. It just seems to be easily activated accidentally.

tech support and customer service are excellent. Had a defective fall alert pendant and it was quickly replaced. Only negative is when the defective pendant kept going off, I got to interact with the "response" center. They just kept reading form their script. Did not listen except to get answers to their scripted questions. they are after all talking to me. a real person and I might just have something useful to say besides yes or no.

I wear the neck piece all the time. I've had two incidents with the neck piece. It fell and hit the floor and I've had a call immediately and the second time it fell I knew to pay attention to it. I've had to call them 3 times and every single time they were helpful and nice. The only problem we've had is my husband's bracelet has fallen off because the sliding pads are a little too big for the bracelet. But, other than that everything has been great. I wish it was less expensive, but the peace of mind is worth it to us.
