My mother in law has had two false alarms but the response time was fantastic and though they were false alarms they still wanted to make sure that everything's okay. We love the way they reacted. I think the people are pleasant, courteous, and punctual.

I was getting so many false alarms. I could be sitting there eating dinner and the darn alarm would go off. The people I've talked to, I've talked to various people, have all been very good and very professional. Even those that were not testing the machine, they're very professional and polite.

My mother had a situation where she was not doing well. I was at work so she went ahead and pressed the button and the EMT's came and took her to the hospital amazingly quick. So all went well. Everytime I've needed something, they've been very helpful and easy to deal with over the phone. The buttons tend to have false alarms going off, including when sleeping. When we called, the company told me that it does happen but as long as we can reset the false alarms, it's okay.

The device has never failed, I test it every week and it is very reliable. I never had any problems with customer service. I call with questions and they've always been there for me and everything goes fine. When they say there are no gimmicks or hidden fees, they're correct cause I downgraded a little bit and there's no problem.

I like that it was cellular based and would be usable anywhere not just close to home base. The device is excellent but it is tied to A.T &T. and they are not great in my area. That I appreciate them being very understanding when the button is accidentally pushed and false alarm. They've always been very kind about that and understanding. Customer support is very courteous.

I give a 5 rating because I wear the 'fall detector device around my neck' and occasionally when seated at a table it will become hung up on the table's edge. The alarm goes off and immediately I's speaking to a real live person explaining why I do not need medical assistance.

I've had a few false alarms because it's very sensitive. The button is very sensitive, too sensitive. I've set it off several times by just moving but I'm getting used to it now. Customer support has been very good. I had to re-select my equipment from a regular base station to a mobile unit and they were very nice and complete about changing me over with no problems. Everything that I have asked and inquired about, they've helped and been very nice and courteous.

I used the device last week. I couldn't get out of bed and I needed help so I pushed the button and it all worked like clockwork. It worked like it was supposed to. There was a box that they could get the key to the house, they got in and got the ambulance to the hospital and it all worked very well.

They offered a GPS on the medical alert and that's why I decided to switch to them only because of the GPS. Once they did call me, I must have accidentally pressed the button but that they were there, they called right away, so that was good.

A couple of times I've tested it away from the house and the last time I tested it out was about fifty miles or so from my house and there was a lot of road noise in the car and he couldn't understand me and he was checking to make sure everything was okay. I wear one around my neck and when I tested it, it wasn't working and I don't know how long it had not been working and so they sent me another one. They were real fast and answered it.

Every time I've called they've asked me to make sure I was just calling for a test. They helped me set it up when I had questions about it and they didn't make me wait too long to answer the phone. They're really on top of it. The base unit flashes all the time and it's really bright so I had to put a piece of paper over to cover it a little bit.

They were very helpful. They never tire of helping you and every problem has been resolved. I wish the charge would last longer. It doesn't last the entire day. I put it on in the morning and by five or six, it's out of charge. I wish the watch was smaller. I have a narrow wrist and it's a bit clunky.

They have a wrist one that can be worn in the shower and it detects falls as well. It's easy to use, all we had to do was plug it in and set it up when it arrived. My husband had a seizure in the kitchen and I pressed the button and got an immediate response and they handled it from there.

I'd test it a few time and right away they came on and answered. When I accidentally hit it or dropped it, they came right on and took care of me immediately if I needed help. We were concerned about it working out of the house, but it did accidentally go off when we were quite a few miles away from my home and it did work.

The lady that first called us kept calling back when we couldn't make up our mind and she was very nice and we actually do like the product. We're on a cellular system out here in the country so it takes several times to find the connection. The lanyards are made of cloth and they're starting to fray on us and we've only had them a couple three months so they need to work on a better, stronger lanyard system.
