The device is great. I just love this one. It's far better than the one that I had. When I called and talk to the salesman, he was so helpful. I just love the gadgets that I get to wear on the go around my neck and I have a watch band.

After talking with the sales person, I was satisfied that it would be a good company. I've dropped the necklace for a false alarm and the machine called alert but I was able to shut it off but I am happy to know that it works. It's very easy to set up and I'm comfortable with it.

It's gone off a couple of times and they called me. I've been really impressed with that. Because of the slightest little motion they are johnny on the spot. They immediately call you no matter what whether you need it or not. And they call right away to check on you.

I did have one instance where the fall necklace picked up a fall and I didn't really fall, I actually was just putting it down and evidently I must have hit the button and the response was just a couple of seconds. The customer service has been very good and responsive to questions.

The representatives are very responsive and they are very well trained and they have ot make decisions if you ask a question. They don't have to ask other people, they can tell you the answer so we're really pleased with the customer service. My mother-in-law's GPS thing wasn't charging right so they sent her another one right away.

The couple of times that I've called and tested it, they have always answered every question I had and I've never gotten a bad response from them. I like the fact that I can cancel the fall detection if it goes off incorrectly.

The customer service seems to be courteous and caring. They want to know if you're okay whenever they call and check on you. The pendant I carry is pretty accessible and it's a lot more sensible than other ones have been. Anytime I have called, they've understood what they were doing and they can go in depth about what you need to know and they don't care how long it takes to help you understand what you need to know. Whenever it goes off by accident, I never know what to do. At first I was running around trying to see what I was supposed to do.

I thought the people that I talked to in the beginning were very knowledgeable and helpful. They seems to know what they were talking about. They are very responsive. I haven't had to sit on hold forever. I get right through to somebody, they know what I'm talking about and we resolve the problem. My mom's pendant keeps on going off like she fell and sending the EMS to her house for no reason because it's a false alarm. So now they have come up with the resolution to get a new pendant that they are going to be sending her today.

I had fall one protector and it went off like 10 times and I had never fallen so I had to get a new one that wasn't as sensitive. They were good about changing the tenets. I feel like this one is a good device. I can take it with me in my purse in case something does happen.

I have called them a couple of times and they have always been helpful. I has a question come up and I called them and they did a ransom diagnostic and they said I had a bad receiver and they were sending me a new one. It was seamless and I didn't have to argue with them. It is overly sensitive and goes off when nothing is wrong frequently.

Within 4 hours of setting up my dads MOBILEHELP my stepmother fell and they had to push the button! So glad we got your system. It worked perfectly. She had to have hip replacement due to a bad break, but had immediate help because of the MOBILEHELP system!

Not even a month after I got it for my father, he had a bad fall and broke part of his neck. Luckily, he remember he had his watch button on him, pressed it, and immediately the family was notified and emergency services were on their way. I honestly don't know what he would have done without it because no one was home at the time.

I could not ask far more. I have my 91 year old mother using this. It has gone off a couple times at night. unknown as to why. My mother wears around her neck.They have called and been very nice to ask if all was ok. If nothing else I know this works. After awhile u forget about it.

Everybody from the company is very attentive. I need them to explain things pretty clearly. In fact, I set up the new device for a couple of days and they identified the battery was low and sent us out a replacement right away. I'm pretty impressed. When I called to order it, they explained things very well and put a rush shipment out.

I had another one I did not like and I saw the ad for MobileHelp and it just clicked with me that it sounded like what I needed. With most big companies once you sign up, they make you wait thirty of forty minutes to help you but they helped me right away. I lost the device and I called and I found it in my car because of their help.

I always take it with me and I have it at home. I don't always put it on but I know exactly where it is and it's not far from me. I feel the technology behind it is excellent and I haven't had any problems with it. I think it is a fair value. It is easy to use. They person I called was very knowledgeable and very good. I highly recommend them.
