I had problems when it first came because it shipped in the on position and I was able to contact their customer support and they helped me get it all resolved. I like that it gives my family peace of mind; they know if I should fall down, ill be able to get help. Their response times are quick, and it worked exactly how it was advertised. I would recommend it. It is worth the money for the security. It has been a lifesaver and it takes away the stress and worry when your parent is at home. He just has to push a button and they are on their way. I haven't had any problems with the company, we never had any delay or anything. Somebody answers even when it is a false call.

I'm afraid that I'm going to accidentally make it go off. I've done that one time since I've had it. I've tested it and I wear it when I'm in the shower or when I'm outside working on my flowers. I didn't expect my payment to be so high.

A couple of times, my wristband went off by accident when I was in the grocery story banging something adn all the sudden I heard a medical aleaert and I had to call them and say that it was a false alarm. They were right on the spot. When I tested it, I had a hard time at the beginning but then after that it was fine.

The representative Eric explained the process and everything went very well. If you bump it, it goes off. You have to punch to it stop. My mom did a test and they always call me promptly to find out what the problem is and if I need assistance.

They've been really good. They answer my questions promptly. MobileHelp seems to be a good company. The device is easy to use. I like this necklace I got. I never could get a wrist band that worked. The wristbands were always too small. I used it a couple of weeks ago. I fell and I pushed the button and they had somebody here within just minutes of the time I fell.

They are very responsive when you call them and ask for help. The only thing I don't like is that the cord on the neck is long and it's a little bit difficult to get it shortened. It's gone off a couple of times and they've called quickly and helped us get through it.

I had to call them with a couple of questions and they are personable and very dreamily helpful and it just seemed like they were able to answer anything I asked and quickly. The device is easier to get used to than some of the other devices I've tried. I have the watch one that I use the most. It was set off by my job jumping on my arm, but I was really surprised they responded that soon, even though it was a mistake. You really don't need that much pressure to activate it if you really needed it. The staff is very knowledgeable.

When my mom has had to call, the customer service helped her every time. The pendant is too sensitive. My mother can't wear it but she does wear the watch. We've tested it and it worked. The only thing is that it's just so sensitive.

Customer service is very informative but sometimes it is too much information to cope with at once. One time I hit the button and didn't realize it and the next thing I know the fire truck is there. I would like it to plug into a regular socket instead of the phone thing.

Their customer service is very accurate, prompt, and polite. If I accidentally hit the button, somebody answers. It is very efficient and safe in case of an emergency. I think they could improve the necklace's cord. I bought a silver chain to put mine on and my friend has a white cord that looks soft and comfortable.

My MobileHelp device is always going off and I try to stop it in time but sometimes I don't make it and I get a response really fast. You have five minutes to stop it and sometimes I just don't have enough time. It is sensitive but they are always on alert so I am pleased with the service.

I didn't like it at first because of the necklace part of it was too long but we talked to one of the people on the phone and she told my daughter how to shorten it and now I am not having that problem. It works good instantly, the base notifies me that they've received a call and I correct it if I didn't fall. I am happy with this.

It's a good system. I have fallen in my apartment and they responded pretty quickly and I got help so overall I am satisfied. There is nothing I really don't like, I uses both. The wristband I wear at night and I have to be careful because sometimes it is set off accidentally but it is alright because I have learned how to cancel it.

We paid for 3 months yet my mom only used your product from 1/13-3/16 bc we had to make sure she had it in time when we moved her on 1/13 and then had to make sure your company got the equipment before 4/3. So we are paying for about 20 days of it not being used but to ensure the proper transit time on the front and back ends. Just doesn't seem fair!
