Overall is it really great as far as getting help when you need it as long as I remember to take it with me when I go somewhere. I definitely recommend them to other people because it is high quality and you don’t have to sit around waiting for people, all you have to do is hit a button and someone answers.

It is almost $500 a year, so it is a bit expensive but it is probably average for the equipment. They are very thorough and quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I am a nurse and it is good quality and it is convenient. I am very impressed with them calling me until they get a hold of me when the device goes off.

I like that it's sensitive and waterproof. When I tested it, everyone was very attentive. It doesn't seem like 911, it's contacted right away. I'm worried about what might happen during an emergency a little bit. I've had a very positive experience with the customer service of MobileHelp.

The pendant was a little long at first even though we adjusted it so we had to order a separate lanyard. When we first got it, it wasn't working and we had to send it back and they had to ship out new stuff. When we tested it they talked to us on the phone.

It's technologically sound and just what we needed. The sales person I spoke with was very helpful and he answered questions. When we were setting up the until, the support we got from them was terrific. If an alarm would go off they would call and confirm it was just a test. It was fabulous.

They were very helpful and friendly and quick service. We got the unit within a few days and everything worked great. My dad fell on the floor and he couldn't get up. He had the wristband on and the ambulance arrived and we arrived within just a few minutes. So it works just as it should. I'm happy with the product and everything works great.

it works and it's reasonably priced. I like the ai can carry it around with me, but the automatic alert if I fall down with the necklace on, it'll alert when I don't fall down. They've been very courteous when I've talked to them on the phone or on the device.

I like the fact that it registers if you fall even if you can't talk. They listen to what my needs are. The directions are very simple on how to get it going and how to install it. I like the little lock box that goes on my front gate so that you have the key to my house instead of breaking down my door.

The salesman explained everything in detail to me about the system. The fall alert t hat I wear around my neck is to quick to, if I bump it against something, it sends out an alert and I haven't fallen. This happened to me twice so I'm really very careful when I'm wearing it because I can't relax when I'm wearing it.

I pushed the button by mistake so they called me immediately and I think they're very prompt. I don't like the fact that the lanyard hangs so low on me. I keep tightening it but it keeps stretching. Other than that, I feel more secure with everything on.

I've tested it a couple of times with postive results. Three times now I've just bumped it and it showed as a fall and they responded immediately. That was important because had it been a fall, at least you've got help right away. I like that it's sensitive and responsive.

Everyone that I worked with when I ordered it for my dad was very nice and we didn't have to run around to get the answers or anytying. Was very straightforward on the cost and easy to install. We do the weekly checks on it and it connects, sometimes it does take a little bit of a delay to connect, but I think it's just because it's a path.

I accidentally pressed it one time but it was easy to cancel. I didn't have to wait for a a call and I could cancel pushing within fifteen seconds, so I like that.I wish I didn't have to carry the whole system. The fall detector is very light.

Luckly we haven't had to use it yet. We've tested it and it worked just like they said so we were pleased with the testing process. I like that I can go in on the computer and put the numbers that are the ones that need to be called first and we can change it if we need to at our own convenience. They've been very helpful.

when I received my equipment, there were no instructions. i did not know that I could remove the tracker from the charger. I do not know when it is charged because it is always blinking. Also when I received the key box I had a very hard time trying to open it. I tried like most lock by pulling up on the hooks. I had to call and tell them the code does not work. That is when I was told it open from the front. That is why someone should come and explain all this to us seniors.

My father has had MobilHelp for just a couple months. He took a serious fall and was able to get help immediately. Two days later he fell again and the fall detect automatically called MobilHelp for him. Within 6 minutes MobilHelp has called him, called emergency services, and called me. The few times I have set off the alarm, they didn't get annoyed with me and instead helped me reset it. They respond quickly. The service is great and I like the company. It would be nice if somebody actually came to the house to explain everything because it took me too long just over the phone. It works really well and I am happy with it, though I wish is was smaller so that it was easier to travel with.

The device is very sensitive and for somebody that is very active, it takes some getting used to. It works wonderful and it really isn't complex after you get used to it. It is nice having the lock box on my front door. I have already recommended it to a couple of my friends in the same age group that I am in.

Mobile Help customer service and products were wonderful. The only reason for 4 stars is that because of our location out in the country we were not able to access a tower to transmit calls. Not their fault. So I was not able to rate the service would have actually functioned in a real emergency. They tried their best to resolve the problem but it was out of their control. Bad location.
