Mobilehelp is better than the others. I spoke with each of the those companies for a long time and I like them best for my parents. They reach me and my siblings. I love that it has a lock for the door for emergency responders.

We’re still new to mobile hep but they were very nice when she leaned on the table and set it off. The representative got everything set up for us. They give you a lot of items and the price is fine. I would like an item for in the house or when you’re sleeping.

Everything was fully explained and everybody’s been great. I feel confident if I should fall and hurt myself, I don’t have to worry. I always wear the one on my wrist just in case something happens. The one thing is the one put by the bed and I have to cover the switch or else I can’t sleep.

They listen and answer all my questions. I feel safer because I live alone and have a big yard and if I would fall in the backyard no one would see me so now I feel like I have protection. It’s a good unit and the speaker is very clear and understandable when I test it.

They are quicker in their response time when the button is pushed. I am called immediately when my grandmother falls and, since she lives with me, as soon as I see them calling me I can run and find her and help her within a minute or two of her falling.

Within the first 3 months of having this service my mother fell and was unable to get back up on her own. She pushed the button, all 3 of her kids started receiving calls and the fire department was dispached, they entered the house and were able to help my mother all within 10-15 minutes of pushing the button.

When iPad to use them they have been excellent people to talk to very understanding ask all the right questions the equipment is great. The staff including the sales people are great and I really do think that this is the best alert system out there. I have worked with others and have not been happy with them.

This is for my mother and the wrist is a little gaudy, it could be a little smaller, but it didn’t take her long to get used to is and she is 92. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been more than helpful with follow calls and they very professional and well versed. I’m very well pleased.

They’re very trustworthy. They give immediate responses. Everyone is very courteous and nice. It is nice that they’re not sending out everybody just because you hit the button and check with you first. He likes that he can wear it outside the house and go for a walk a couple of houses away and still be covered.

All my questions are answered very politely and thoroughly. Initially I had a little difficulty with the sensitivity of the monitor in the necklace but not they are okay with it. They wish there was a speaker on the necklace so they could talk to it if they are in the basement. They can’t hear at that distance.

If I fall, somebody would be able to come to help me so I feel secure in my home. I won’t feel so upset if I fall again. I like that I have a watch that I can wear on my wrist, I sometimes I put it on instead of the one that hangs around the neck so that it is not so much in my way.

I like that you can wear the watch or the necklace. The dog jumped on me and I pressed the button, I didn’t realize it, and the next thing I heard was siren and the fire truck came and in the meantime, they called my daughter. If I had fallen, it would have saved my life.

The company is very cooperative. There are other companies that do the same thing for less money for a monthly fee and I paid for the whole year but mobile help is very good and helped me a couple of times. It is too sensitive. If I put it down a bit firmly, it activates and they call me to see if I am okay. everything else is fine.

I live in a multistory house and the unit is on the main level and if I need to make my way up or down the stairs to the bedroom or the basement, it is convenient to have around my neck. Representatives are very nice but I don’t like that I have to carry an extra piece with I leave the house, I would rather it be included in the device that you hang around your neck. The quality is fine as far as how well it is made and how sturdy it is but I have trouble understanding them when they ask what is wrong when I push the button. The voice is kind of garbled.

It is almost $500 a year, so it is a bit expensive but it is probably average for the equipment. They are very thorough and quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I like the white color. I am glad I did not get the black one. I’ve only pushed it once on accidnet and when I did that somebody talked to me afterward and said everything was okay. I am on social security disability and it is worth it to have mobile help because they are really quick to respond and they have GPS which is a miracle thing because there are a lot of places they offer emergency help. If somebody is needed, you know someone will check on you.

What little help I needed, they were right on it from the start. I knew what I was supposed to do and how to do it. The device is small and convenient but I dislike that it went off three or four tomes without any reason and if you don’t need it, it is expensive. They are ready to send someone to you when it does go off.

The pendant was a little long at first even though we adjusted it so we had to order a separate lanyard. When we first got it, it wasn't working and we had to send it back and they had to ship out new stuff. When we tested it they talked to us on the phone.
