The one time I pressed my button, the response was not as I had set it up. I live in an assisted living facility and I have Nrcolepsy. Your button is back up for the facility button (which does not indicate an emergency to staff). If I press your button, the facility is to be contacted first, calling 911 only if the facility does not respond. The facility responded but they called 911 anyway. Nobody was happy about this! When I called your dispatch to complain, I was told that was how it was entered. I certainly hope it got corrected because I really don't want the ambulance/fire/rescue showing up when the only people I need alerted are those here in the facility. I also had so much interference with the two recievers competing with each other that the dispatcher could not understand what I was saying. I kept telling her to call the facility and what she heard was that I was on the floor. Customer service did not seem to know how to rectify this problem.

Their customer service is indeed excellent. I always ask if the person is patient, as that is very important to me. I'm glad I got the premium protection package. We needed some lanyards replaced. They arrived in two days at no extra cost to us. We are very pleased with Mobile Help.

You know you are safe if something happens. It is worth paying anything to feel safe. All the people I have talked to have been nice. If the button goes off, someone comes immediately. I wear the necklace because it is hard to get comfortable with the bracelet because I have a small wrist, other than that it is fine and would work for most people.

They’ve done everything I have asked of them. When they accidentally sent me a necklace instead of a watch, they got a watch to me right away when I told them. I wish it was a little bit smaller but other than that it is okay. I’d always like it to be cheaper also.

I would say the device is trustworthy. It seems to work fine. They’ve always responded to us when we’ve signaled. It seems to be durable in everyday life, we haven’t put it through anything to measure it. I am happy with the service.

It's a good value to have peace of mind for my father. Everybody was friendly, informative, and helpful. Once he fell backwards into his bathtub and was not able to get himself out. He pressed the button and helped arrived. The whole process functioned as we hoped it would.

Great people, I dealt with another company and they were not. Everybody who has a metal roof has to be careful and talk to the right people. We have a metal roof and that was a problem but we got it all fixed and now everything is good.

I feel very comfortable that they are going to be there for me when I call. They’ve been very helpful in every way when I have to call them. They seem to be very kind and caring. I prefer the bracelet. The only thing I don’t like is that it is bulky and I am so small.

Everything was fully explained and everybody’s been great. I feel confident if I should fall and hurt myself, I don’t have to worry. I always wear the one on my wrist just in case something happens. The one thing is the one put by the bed and I have to cover the switch or else I can’t sleep.

Mobilehelp is excellent. I fell in the street and I pushed my mobile alert. It is very helpful for people like me doing dialysis and going to the hospital. It’s cheaper than other alerts, before I spent a hundred dollars a month, and it is very valuable.

They had EMP guys here really quick when I fell in the kitchen. They were here within 10 minutes and helped me get back to my walker. I very seldom rate a company high but they have helped me and it fits well around my neck, not too long or short.

Not too long ago I was getting out of the shower in the morning and I heard the ambulance come down the road I live on and then the EMTs were knocking on my door. They said they were trying to contact me. I guess I bumped the little lanyard that goes around your neck. It works and they’re trustworthy.

My friends have been asking what I am wearing and I recommend them Mobile Help. They like it. It’s always on time and if I make a mistake. We’re still new to mobile hep but they were very nice when she leaned on the table and set it off. The representative got everything set up for us. They give you a lot of items and the price is fine. I would like an item for in the house or when you’re sleeping.

They are quicker in their response time when the button is pushed. I am called immediately when my grandmother falls and, since she lives with me, as soon as I see them calling me I can run and find her and help her within a minute or two of her falling.

Within the first 3 months of having this service my mother fell and was unable to get back up on her own. She pushed the button, all 3 of her kids started receiving calls and the fire department was dispached, they entered the house and were able to help my mother all within 10-15 minutes of pushing the button.

When iPad to use them they have been excellent people to talk to very understanding ask all the right questions the equipment is great. All my questions are answered very politely and thoroughly. Initially I had a little difficulty with the sensitivity of the monitor in the necklace but not they are okay with it. They wish there was a speaker on the necklace so they could talk to it if they are in the basement. They can’t hear at that distance.

They’re very trustworthy. They give immediate responses. Everyone is very courteous and nice. It is nice that they’re not sending out everybody just because you hit the button and check with you first. He likes that he can wear it outside the house and go for a walk a couple of houses away and still be covered.

If I fall, somebody would be able to come to help me so I feel secure in my home. I won’t feel so upset if I fall again. I like that I have a watch that I can wear on my wrist, I sometimes I put it on instead of the one that hangs around the neck so that it is not so much in my way.

I like that you can wear the watch or the necklace. The dog jumped on me and I pressed the button, I didn’t realize it, and the next thing I heard was siren and the fire truck came and in the meantime, they called my daughter. If I had fallen, it would have saved my life.

We bought it for my mother and she has only had it for a short period of time but they have been very helpful getting it set up and we haven’t found anything we dislike about it. She set it off once, accidentally, and we got out text messages right away they talked to her and she told them it was an accident. Everything seems to work great.
