They really are there for my mom, A few weeks ago she told me in her words the machine spoke to her. I said it did. Mobile Help told her they thought she pushed the button. She assured them she was ok. I was very happy that MobileHelp was quick to respond.

There have been a few false fall alerts. Perhaps there is advice we can get on how bet to avoid these. Otherwise we are very pleased with the system so far. There has been few actual alerts wheer assitance was needed to it may be too early to tell. The customer service agents at the call center seem to be quite helpful. My mother is the user of the system but I am the one filling out the survey. I thnk she may be still getting used to al the different parts of the system, what they do, and how to use them..

They’ve been very good. It is very fragile, it goes off pretty quickly and I can’t really control that. I am happy it is sensitive but I have to be careful. They told me to wear the watch at night and it has been working okay since I’ve done that.

So far I haven’t had any major problems with it. It went smoothly when I tested it. I like that it gives me peace of mind and it gives my children peace of mind. There have been a couple of false alarms because I had to get used to the lanyard but even when it is a false alarm the people on the other end are very respectful and understanding.

The people are very nice and made it very easy to purchase. They explained how it works and set up was easy. They’ve lived up to what they said they would do. My dad like all the options from the wrist thing to the thing around his neck. They provide a lot of ways to use the equipment.

Customer support explained the product very wisely. I was pretty much sold on mobile help because of how the person presented the product. It is pretty simple to work. I like that it has a mobile portion which can be used outside the home. The wrist watch works really well.

When my mom displaced the device, we were able to call their customer service and they told us the last know location it was online before it died and we were able to find it in that location. We have been very pleased with the service. They answered all my questions in detail. It is light eight and not too bulky for her to carry around.

It’s an excellent product. I feel secure and comfortable with it. I have tested it two or three times and it is good. Sometimes the motion detectors go off when I lay down in bed but otherwise it is excellent. They have awesome customer service.

Great product. I am really happy I got it for my parents. They were very helpful helping me decide what would work best for them. It is extremely easy for them to use the system. The test went well. They replied immediately when I dropped the fall detector. I was impressed with that.

I’ve tested it multiple times and it was very easy to so. It is simple to use. It is easy to call customer service. They are flexible and very informative describing the product and very helpful. I don’t like the fall detection, it is not consistent enough. They tout eighty percent accuracy but I think it is less than that. She has pushed the button a few times on accident and they communicate in English even though her profile says Spanish. Eventually they get someone Spanish but if the situation is critical, it should be more efficient.

Mobile Help always works perfectly, exactly like it is supposed to. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who needed it. I like the options of having the wrist band or the necklace. Also having the one to carry along with me so I can be protected no matter where I am.

Mobile Help covers at home and on the road. A week after we installed it my mother-in-law fell and used it. They tried to contact her via the base station and phone. When she didn't respond they notified EMS and us. EMS responded within minutes and found her aware but unable to get up. It makes us feel better about her living alone.

Don’t like the GPS, they need to come up with a better system. The main device is only good in the house and a couple of feet outside so you have to remember to take the GPS with you. Also it is too expensive. They do respond immediately when you bump it.

Well, I am very happy that I am using the MobileHelp pendant while I am at home. But I am still avoiding using it while I am taking a shower because I don't want the stream of water to inadvertently cause an alert and not being able to cancel it on time before having Paramedics at my door. I would be too far from the "box" to hear that your reps are talking to me. This idea causes me stress. I cannot find the right way to fully take advantage of having the pendant while showering. I have been taking it off for that.

Price is reasonable. It is good equipment. The only problem I have is when I go through the testing process it goes to the operator but they are prompt and very helpful. I just hate to disturb them when it is not an emergency. I like that it doesn’t have a base unit, it is a portable unit.

I like that it doesn’t have a lot of attachments. I like the feature of being able to add multiple people to reach in case of an emergency.

I have not had any accidents and have not needed to "alert" MobileHelp but have accidentally "alerted" them more than once. The last time after they attempted to contact me personally, they contacted the names that I had given them, and three policemen arrived at my home to check on me in very short order.

I like everything about it. It has been very good when I accidentally set off the alarm, they are there so it works fine. It is not an embarrassment to wear. My husband died a few days after we got it and I paid for a full year for two people so I am still waiting to be reimbursed for that but I trust them fully.

We’ve had it for two months. The fall detection pendant works almost every time and the general system works fine. The emergency button for the bathroom is really helpful and the lock box is great. The speaker is loud so my parents can hear it fine. They are friendly and helpful.

I have one for the interior of the house but if I had to think about it again I would have of those things that could travel with me. It is nice and convenient. What I dislike is that they have too many gadgets that you can wrap around your neck or wear on your wrist. They should only have one to do the while thing. Other than that it works perfectly when I use and when I call with a question, they answer it every time.
