I wish the necklace part was longer than it is, it is kind of short and it goes off easily but otherwise I do not have any problems with it. I like having it for safety. I have had it go off accidentally a few times and the response was immediate. Everything is working properly.

One day I was out in the yard and suddenly I hear my name and it was the paramedics and I realized my beeper was going off. They were very nice about it. I like that the alert notices little things. I do forget to take it with me sometimes. They did help walk me through it and they were very good about it.

Everybody I have dealt with has been fantastic. I got the package in the mail promptly, I was pleased with that. The necklace is very sensitive. It has gone off twice and I was sitting down. I don’t wear it during the day. The price is good.

So far everything there has been an issue, they call. They come right on. It might be a little bit cumbersome and big. It can be both a good and bad thing that it is extremely sensitive. Everyone as the company seems to be nice and pleasant to deal with.

It is very sensitive, sometimes when I am in the shower it will go off accidentally. When that does happen, I have to get out of the shower to cut it off. Other than that I like it and it is very good. I like it. They have great customer service. They are very friendly and personable.

When I call, my questions are answered and they are always there. I know it works because my mom has pushed the button and it was there for her. I do not like the intercom device. She said is sounded like someone was outside yelling so she did not respond to it and they called me and they 911. It might be better if there were two of them on opposite sides of the house.

This has saved my life a couple of times. The first time I slipped in the bathroom and landed between the tub and the shower and broke two ribs on my left side. The second time was three weeks later. I fell in a different room and broke three ribs on my right side. It is beautifully made and easy to use.

They’ve been very helpful both with the set up and with the follow up. They have contacted us when there has been an incident. The system automatically detects if there is a low battery. She wears the bracelet and does not like it when it is accidentally set off.

Everything they have promised thus far, they have lived up to. I feel confident if I have to use it, it work just fine. I have tested it. All the technicians I have spoken to do exactly what they said they were going to do. I have gotten good information from them. I was pleased with the speed that it was delivered. I think it was money well spent. I got the wrist band in addition to the necklace. I find the wrist band to be more convenient to the necklace, I actually wear it more.

I obtained this device for my mother. The staff were friendly, helpful, and answered questions thoroughly. The set with alert pendant, 2 speaker boxes, and key lockbox arrived promptly and were very easy to set up. About two weeks ago my mother (who lives alone) fell and broke her hip. She used the pendant, was able to call for help via the speaker, and the EMTs gained access with the key in the lockbox. I was notified by automated call that my mother had used the device and help was on the way. It is very possible this system saved my mother's life. I highly recommend!

The service is good. I did ask that when alarms are triggered at night that I get the call first regarding my mother before EMT's are called since I am home and the Customer Service person stated they could not do this. Also there are times when the alarm was triggered and while I was assisting my mother the mobile device kept ringing for an operator and it did take a long time for them to respond to us.

Mobile Help was there immediately when I needed them. I fell down on my front concrete steps and took me to the hospital immediately. When I was in the hospital, I lost my watch thing and they sent me another one and got me started back as soon as I was back from the hospital.

Service is good. I have accidentally bumped my device a couple of times and the EMPs and police came right away. Even though I didn’t need them, I am glad they were right here on the spot. I am glad to receive that kind of attention. The only thing I don’t like is the pendant gets in my way and is very touchy.

One time the alarm got pushed and they contacted me right away and asked me if everything was okay so I know they are on top of things. I like the ability to carry it when I am out of the house. I know I will be protected. I am grateful for them. It would be nice if the fall device would also be able to read high blood pressure or heart rate.

Several years ago we used it to call the paramedics for my brother and they were very thorough and got to our house quickly to take him to the hospital. He died but they got here quickly. There have been a few false fall alerts. Perhaps there is advice we can get on how bet to avoid these. Otherwise we are very pleased with the system so far. There has been few actual alerts wheer assitance was needed to it may be too early to tell. The customer service agents at the call center seem to be quite helpful. My mother is the user of the system but I am the one filling out the survey. I thnk she may be still getting used to al the different parts of the system, what they do, and how to use them..

I’ve tested it multiple times and it was very easy to so. It is simple to use. It is easy to call customer service. They are flexible and very informative describing the product and very helpful. I don’t like the fall detection, it is not consistent enough. They tout eighty percent accuracy but I think it is less than that. She has pushed the button a few times on accident and they communicate in English even though her profile says Spanish. Eventually they get someone Spanish but if the situation is critical, it should be more efficient.
