I feel more confident with Mobile Help. The alarm sounded off two different times when I jostled it too much while transferring to my wheelchair. I hadn't fallen. It notified me to hold the button down for 5 seconds if I was OK. Glad to know it's keeping an "eye" on me.

Everything about the company is great. They made it very easy to understand the entire process. The equipment came two days later. The instructions were simple and the testing was easy. Immediate response when called. However, I do have one complaint: They charge for their service when device is shipped, not when service is activated. I think this is not right. Service begins and should be charged when service is activated, not before.

The one thing that had me worried was the signal strength seems to be losing connection. We have had good interactions with them. They’ve given us useful information. I like that the package include multiple buttons. It’s a neat idea being able to put them different places. I also like the lock box.

The lock box is an excellent idea. It is very helpful. I wish the button was waterproof for the shower that would be helpful in the future. It is a little confusing initially what the different buttons are for but they are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Mobile Help is much better than the other compared to other company I was using. It is half the cost and they are always helpful. The only thing I dislike is that it goes off at the slightest movement. They call and are very nice and you tell them it is a mistake. It has happened two or three times.

Mobile Help is very good. They are very responsive. My mom has made a couple of accidentally and they get back to het immediately. The wrist band is able to detect if she falls. I would be preferable if she only had to wear one device but other than everything else is fine.

MobileHelp is pretty good about responding quickly. The necklace is too sensitive - one time I accidentally set off the alarm and within minutes they had the fire department there to help me. Unfortunately, it was a false alarm but it was good to know that if I had a problem it wouldn't be long before I'd have help.

The price is very reasonable I like that I can cancel an accidental call. On the ccouple of times The calls have gone through It seemed to take a rather long time for the center to answer. I seldom use the wrist band, it is bulky and just plain ugly. The fall detector has caught 2 of 4 falls I have had. One trick I have learned is to wear the necklace backwatds so it isn't pressed when my puppy happens to put his paw on it.

The device is relatively easy to understand and use. I dislike having to remember to take it with me if I leave the house. When I use customer service, it is a satisfactory experience. I was lost once and I pushed the button and they were very helpful.
