This device includes sending a message to a central call center if/when I fall, and I have fallen. I was not hurt in as a result of the falls and was able to cancel the alerts. One of these falls may be serious. It is nice to know this will be protecting me.

The sales representative was courteous and knowledgeable. I got the wristband AND necklace for a better price than another company I was using (had a bad experience with them). To me, the necklace is too sensitive, which in an emergency situation would be great, but I have it on at night and it creeps further on my body, when I get up and it drops while still on my body, the fall protection goes off! Maybe it has dropped only 2"! I press the "false alarm" button" but I think this is a little too sensitive.

Purchased for my Mother-in-law who is 95. Her sons said she wouldn’t wear it but she does and feels so much more secure and safe. She really likes the button in the shower. She thinks the sign for the door reminding her to take the unit with is a good idea too. Thankfully she hasn’t had to use it and hopefully never will need to. The peace of mind for all us is so important since she still lives alone. We do wish the bracelet had fall detection as she simply wouldn’t wear the necklace that does. Thank you

The last time it was used the emergency responders were not given the lockbox number to gain access to the front door and ended up breaking the back door to gain access. The code is 1987. It was a lockbox that my nephew had - in other words not supplied by you. I called and gave the number to the person I talked to at mobile help before the responders broke down the door. Do you not supply numbers that you are not getting paid for? If not why was the number not given to the responders? This happened a while ago. She has not fallen lately so I don’t know the date but it was the last time she needed help sent.

Your customer service is excellent very attentive, very detailed, explanations and instructions. What I don't like is your equipment. I have the fall detect device and it goes off at the strangest times, ......when I'm lying on my back asleep it will scream " fall detected", standing in line at the grocery store, screams "fall detected", yet when I bang the pendant into something by bending over it does NOT say a thing. Very strange. It does not give me a lot of confidence in its ability to detect an actual fall. It's been replaced once and the second one does the same thing. Goes off at the strangest times. Not exactly happy.

Mobile help has been excellent for my mother. They are very patient and explaining to her how to use it. It has helped her when she needed it. She press the button and they responded and got her the EMTs. She asked that it be brought to her in rehab!! I would like to see an improvement in the length of time the battery stays charged.

Unfortunately due to prolonged illness on my part not the family member in need of the device it was intended for i have not yet been able to provide my family member with the device to give sufficient feedback. I will say however the indicator light whether green or red seems to be bright enough for my 60yo combat veteran vision & although my 70+yo elderly cousin who has macular degeneration with mobility as well as weight & other problems hopefully she will be able to see the indicator light as well but it remains to be tested. Additionally i did purposely unplug the pendant from its charger stand & wall outlet to see when or if it would send a notification which it has done successfully albeit in a pretty populated area with sufficient cell towers. My cousin lives in a much smaller area within 45mi of my original text notification area but with ozark terrain & winter weather coming we will see if the notification as much as the charging indicator remains reliable beyond 90-120 day period as experienced with bluestarseniortech equipment which failed multiple times & continues to be a unresolved problem. Ironically bluestar is the one who recommended mobilehelp to myself so i am hopeful & optimistic but still skeptical until i see the results!

So far so good. No emergencies so far. Have to be careful bending down as the device tends to knock against things like kitchen cabinets and set the alarm off. I have now figured out how to cancel - yeah! Your operators have been very patient with me. Loved Albert's advice and manner when he sold the device to me.

The best of having my Mobile Help is the peace of mind. When I fell 3 months ago, prior to having my unit, my phone was not within reach, and I could not get up. The entire unit had to be replaced within only a few short weeks of starting due to a "hot battery" on the mobile piece. That was pretty disappointing to have as this device is sent to my mom out of state who needs assistance with set up. She lives alone. The new unit was sent fairly quickly but then we had to coordinate a way to assist my mom in setting up-- this caused a one-week delay. It's a little too soon to rate the overall experience or quality of the device but this wasn't a good first impression. I would say though that the customer service was very professional and helpful when I had to call.

Haven’t had it very long but don’t like having to carry the WiFi equipment Around with me. Forget it quite frequently. Like the idea of having the ability to notify If I have a fall though. Good to have lockbox included. Watch is very nice. Since I have not had the need for it, it’s very hard for me to measure rating But it seems very good for the money. Would like to fill out this form when I have had more experience with it but it seems very good. Separate WiFi gadget is a nuisance. I left some answers blank just not had enough experience to answer.

I haven't needed anything yet so I don't know if I will be satisfied or not. The first day I wore the device it said that it detected a fall... when in fact all I did was put it on over my head. ?!? But I followed the instructions to dismiss the "call for assistance" and have had no issues since. I take it off to sleep, but the charger is only inches from my pillow.

The response to calls is fast even though we have not had an emergency yet. Either our systems are sensitive to your receiver, or they are defective. I don't think they are defective. But my reasoning is because we have had perhaps six alerts in the less than three weeks since we got the Mobile Alert. I am not complaining.

Best gift I ever gave myself. I get an immediate response when a fall is detected. If I’m fine I push the button and alarm is canceled. I charge it quickly before going to sleep. I'm a new client & find my necklace very sensitive to send a fall message with little time to say i'm OK. Last week it went off when I was sitting in a chair talking to a young man about a new phone! I am not able to wear your watch as I have a very small arm. Only way I could wear it was at my elbow and that does't work.
