My father lives alone so we thought it would be a good thing for him. I'm very satisfied with them because they explained everything to me over the phone. He seems to like it pretty much. It doesn't get on his way or cause any issues. Besides, it's pretty easy to set up and understand. I personally like it because it's waterproof and because there's always gonna be somebody there for you, in case something happens.

We purchased the fall detect button for my mother because she's alone most of the time. It was very easy to set up the system. I spoke with Chris in the beginning, and he was more helpful than anyone that I had talked to at any of other companies. After multiple false alarms, I called and asked if we were doing something wrong or if it was a defective button. I couldn't ask for anybody to be any more helpful, and I got my new button today.

My mother-in-law has stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and it's getting close for her husband to work outside, so she wanted to feel safer in the house. Setting up the system was easy. Everything was packed in there; it was pretty simple. She hasn't had it that long, but the initial testing of the system was amazing. They were on the speaker with her right away and proceeded to check all the units. She's even able to go out without a problem.

My mother is 92 years old, so I purchased the service for her. I got it so she could get help even if I'm in the house and cannot hear her. We haven't had to use it yet but I'm so happy that I'm able to go out in public without a problem. The Sales Team was very good explaining everything. I can say I've had a very positive experience with Mobile Help because of the way it was presented to me on the phone and the simplicity of opening and setting it up in the house.

I was worried about getting hurt at my age, without any help around, so I purchased Mobile Help. I loved it, so I let my best friend know about this and he bought the whole set. I'm glad he had it because he used it often, however he unfortunately died after 10 months. After falling one morning and pushing the button, I found out that they are very organized and send help very quick. Everything was taken care of within minutes.

I had a stroke back in 2006 and I haven't been stable since, so I purchased Mobile Help to take it with me where ever I go. I've only had it about 6 months now and, although I haven't used it, it's always online ready for me to use. You have to call them once a month to make sure the devices are working well and they're always helpful. Everything is simple to use and set up.

I purchased Mobile Help several years ago and since I love to travel a lot, it really has helped me. My family does not live nearby and I'm by myself so it is a good option for me, although I think it's a little expensive. The only thing I would suggest is to let your loved ones know where you are calling from, because I had to be rushed to the hospital once and they did not answer because it was midnight and they were receiving a call from Florida, while they live in another state. Other than that, I give them a 10 out of 10 stars.

Nobody is here to take care of me so I needed some kind of alert to have someone check on me because I tend to fall a lot. Their help lines have been very informative and willing to take a lot of time to settle any issues that I may have. The only problem I had was the connectivity, since I live away from an urban area, but I worked out that issue with them. Knowing that if I needed the service they would be there makes me feel confident and safe.

I was looking for something for my father, something that would allow him to be anywhere and also allow him to do things he wants to do and Mobile Help was the best option on the market. It was very simple to set it up and the sales team was fine. I even recommended it to some friends for their parents. The time watch malfunctioned after 2 years because it got wet inside, so they sent a replacement the very next day. I think everything is excellent.

I had fallen a few times before so I was worried about that. I feel very safe now because wherever I go Mobile Help is there. It's a very good product and my children are happy with the fact that I have one because they don't worry as much about me or anything. I think it would be very important for everybody that is sick, or even people that are healthy to have it because it would save a lot of lives, regardless of their conditions. The only problem I have is, even though they send someone over real fast, they should answer a little bit quicker.

We never actually had the occasion to use Mobile Help because shortly after we purchased the equipment, the person we got it for had to go into a nursing home, however, it was very easy to set up and the instructions were good. I did it all online and just picked out what I wanted and got it. If I ever need a service like that myself I certainly would use it because it was so easy to obtain and to set up.

I am getting pretty old and so there is a huge risk of taking a fall, so I decided to get a medical alert system. I have the GPS unit and the one that has 2 buttons. I heard about mobile help through a friend. I am satisfied because I had an incident where I accidentally pushed the button and they were right on it so I felt that they're doing their job just right. I feel more secure about that. I haven't had much experience with the sales team, but the equipment is super easy to use and I am satisfied with it.

Because I live alone, my kids decided that I should have a medical alert system. My daughter did some research and felt that Mobile Help's service and coverage was better, even though it is a little more expensive. My daughter ordered me a necklace for when I went to Texas, but I kept getting calls on my answering machine here in Boston asking if they got what they sent me. It wasn't the company's fault, but they were just making sure I was covered in Texas. Very persistent and diligent! 10 stars!

It makes me feel safe - I'm not scared anymore. It's just a wonderful device. Any old person, whether they're by themselves or not, can fall and not get up. I'm frustrated by how often the batteries need to be charged. I was led to believe it would just be the initial charge, but im getting notifications all the time of low battery. Also, my inlaws find the fall detection overly sensitive and they go off too easily when it's not an emergency.

Service is poor! I made a shoulder-high test long back but the result was not communicated for a long time. The package did not include any LOCKBOX. No response about this missing LOCKBOX for weeks even after reminders. Even after repeated reminders, the LOCKBOX was mailed only by GROUND! The LOCKBOX did not fit my door handle but no response from MobileHelp! I had to arrange myself a SHURLOCK to make your LOCKBOX fit in my door handle.

The brain (GPS) of the mobile unit is too large for my Mom to wear around her neck. The pendant is much better but her remembering to bring it with her will likely be a crapshoot.

Fall detection alert is so sensitive zi cannot wear the device when exercising, showering, housework, yardwork, grocery shopping...anything active. So whats the point of having it? Probanly only good for people who need to sit most of day.

The first wearable had to go back because of an issue With a battery, and the second one battery is great but it's easy to jostle and setting it off saying fall detected. So it is a learning curve but I know my friend is very pleased with hers so I think I will be too.

I’ve had my mobile alert just over a month with fall detection. I haven’t had to use it so far. I really would prefer a wrist watch type as the pendant I have is cumbersome, which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. As far as signing up my sales person, was courteous and helpful.

Price is extremely reasonable, definite plus. Salesperson was great and informative. My dog accidentally activated the emergency button upon my arrival home and I could hear MobileHelp wondering if I needed assistance. I told them it was my dog, I'm fine. About 5 minutes later my emergency contact daughter called to see if I had fallen. I told her what happened. Very pleased with the promptness of MobilHelp!!!!!
