When I got it, it turned out that they were both about the same price so I ended up not using it. I never even opened the box. When I talked to customer service they told me I could return it and gave me some labels to do that. I'm still waiting to do that...

They have good advertising, that's how I found them. I've used it whenever I go out. I haven't used it much in the last few weeks just because of the bitter cold weather, so I've had no reason to use it lately. I like that the button is compact and that I can just put it on my pocket. It doesn't go off on its own like other brands do. I've had no problems or complaints.

I just called them and since they offered me and my wife a good deal we just got it. It was something we needed. We haven't had to use it yet and so far my wife hasn't complained about any of it. Anytime we've had any accidental pushes they are always understanding. They also respond right away, we don't really have to wait for long for someone to come on the line, even if it's an accident. The button is small, easy to carry, and I haven't had any problems with it. It's pretty good.

I got it because it can just follow me everywhere I go as long as I take the other little piece with me. The button will also automatically notify the company if I fall and need help. They will answer whenever the button is pushed, no matter if it's by accident or on purpose. It does it's job and it's not very heavy or inconvenient. It's very lightweight.

The GPS feature was really the thing that brought me to it. I wear it 24 hours a day and my wife wears it overnight. It's the best system I could ever get. I can press the button anytime to get help and they will know where you are and everything. That makes a big difference in our life. I've had it for less than a month so far and my experience has been positive.

I had had a stroke in the past while my husband was with me. Had he not been there at the time, I probably would not be here today. Since he passed away in November I wanted to have something that could alert someone if I needed help. So far I have not had to use it, but I wear the fall button when I'm in bed. Sometimes the button goes off on its own and detects a fall when I haven't fallen at all. That has been the only problem. Customer support has answered all of my questions. It's a comparable device to other companies and this one doesn't require a contract. Even though I haven't had it for long, I'm trusting them all the way.

I went with them since they have the pendant, the big one, that you can take with you when you're outside. If I fall it detects it and locates where I am. I take it with me anytime I go outside or when I go visit relatives. I think I can even take the button into the shower and they'll be able to hear me there too. I fell once in there with a different mobile device and they could not hear me. They didn't know where I was and couldn't hear me screaming for help. I don't think you can put a price on your health or on getting help when you fall. It's very accessible and affordable.

I saw their advertisement on TV and I just got it since I needed something like it. I haven't had to use it, but it has gone off several times when there was no fall. One time it happened in a restaurant as I was getting off the chair. I guess my hand just pressed the button by accident and they called me. On a different occasion it just happened in my shower, the alarm went off for no apparent reason.

The main reason I went with them was just the way that I was spoken to. Everything was explained very easily and that just sold me on it. The person that has it hasn't had to use it yet, but I think it's a good service. When I go out, it goes with me. I haven't had to use the fall indicator or anything, thank the lord, but I know it's there for when I need it. The button is easy to use and understand. Every time I've called I've been able to talk to a person instead of a machine. I wish I had had it last September when I fell and laid on the floor unconscious for 20 minutes.

I thought that this was a very handy thing to have in our area. We have a lot of snow out here and having it to call for help if we ever get stranded on an icy road or snow bank sounded like good. Sadly, I couldn't use the device since it was not compatible with our local cellular service. Still, customer support answered all my questions about the device and what we could do. I got them because the things that they offered on their medical alert system were better than the one that my mom used to have. She has both the wristband and the neck piece and she uses it every day since she's 82 years old and uses a walker. The problem I've got right now is that the fall button doesn't really work. She has fallen twice in her apartment and hit the floor pretty hard. On both occasions, the call button never detected a fall or anything. It seems like half of their devices work and the other half doesn't. I mean, customer support is good and they do everything they can to help, but I can't say that it's a very trustworthy system.

I was interested mostly on the GPS thing that it has. It's useful for when you're moving around in case an emergency happens. The medical alert part is good too since I live alone. From the first time I talked to them they seemed to be very customer focused. I haven't had to use it yet but it's there if I were to have a medical emergency. If something were to happen in the middle of the night at like 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning, I wouldn't be able to reach my son quickly. It's a nice resource to have in the home or if I'm away from home. It gives me the flexibility of being mobile.

I went with them because they had the GPS option. I've had it for less than a week and I have been in the hospital for part of that time, so I haven't had much chance to use it. Still, customer support is good. They give me all the information that I need when I call them. It only took about an hour to get everything set up and in order. The equipment is convenient. The only complaint that I have is that it's not pretty enough. It would look better if the necklace looked like a flower or something. That would be nice.

I got it since I live alone and I have a tendency to fall down all the time. I haven't had to use it yet, thank goodness, but the device is a very delicate thing. If I turn in my bed while wearing the neck thing, it goes off. They've called me, woken me up, asked if I had any problems, hung up, and I've tried to go back to sleep only for that to happen again. On one occasion they called 3 times in one night. Still, it's all a good machine. It's very handy to have when you live alone. My family is very happy to know that I have it. I've had no problems with it so far.

After checking out all the companies available, the seemed to meet our needs the best. It all seemed to be better than the other ones. I saw an ad for it on TV and I thought it'd be a good idea to get it. I like that you can go anywhere in the country with it since it's satellite equipped. I hope I never have to use it, but I keep it on its stand if I ever need it. Whenever I need information, I can just call customer service and they're very helpful. I liked them because they provided the fall button and had other good features and products. For instance, the lockbox and the wristband that you can use, plus the extra button. Their rates were also very reasonable, especially compared to Medical Alert. Because of that I got it for my dad since he's turning 95 this month. The devices are just excellent and I've had a good experience with them. Even if it's pressed by accident they are good at responding. In fact the fall alert has gone off three times since we got it and they have responded quickly every time.

I just got it last month for my 94 year old mother so she could use it. When I read about it, MobileHelp just seemed to be the most convenient and effective. Very easy to sign up, setup, and activate. The mobile unit is great as it makes it easy to go places and know you are still covered in case of trouble. My mother wears the watch-type alert button. She was falling all the time but now I have no worries when I go to work and she has to be home alone for a few hours a day. This system is a God send. The operators and staff of the company are very friendly, understanding, and great to work with. Best decision I have made was to sign up with MobileHelp.

My experience to date has been excellent. Having SLE lupus and prescribed many medications daily along with iv infusion once a month, being 41 you never want to admit you do have fear of passing out , which I have due to dehydrating with unknown infections or my blood pressure has changed due to increase or decrease in prednisone that offsets other medications. Leaving you to start all over playing with what works for you. I liked that the system wasn't designed for "elderly" I have three daughters and I enjoy hiding behind all my struggles. It makes me feel better knowing I at least look like most women my age although I'm broken and old behind the scenes I say lol. I did ask questions and customer service had all the answers I was hoping for. This doesn't have do with health only,in any emergency for yourself, stranger next to you, your kids, family. I have chosen a black beaded necklace, that is more than I expected. I also have a watch with button. I again chose black to hide all that sunless bronzer that I'm known to leave a trail of where I've been. I'm sure the white is just as pretty. Here's where I like to suggest more colors, style. Next , I liked the lock box for door. Simple, yet safe and easy when allowing someone access to your home. Setup was a 1,2,3. I love and I would have given a 5 star but I haven't had to push the button so I can't say whether or not help was as prompted as I'm expecting. I hope I never have to push it. I like knowing during test calls on all my devices I received they all were sent and successfully so I'm hopeful I will receive any help promised.

After doing some research, MobileHelp were the ones that called me back first. So far I haven't had an emergency so far, but I wear the wristband all day and night long. Whenever I've had to talk to them they have been very nice and understanding, even when the alarm goes off on its own. I imagine that if I need it, it will work just fine. The company seems to be good and so far I've gotten good service for the money I've paid so far. It's also not terribly expensive. They've done everything they are supposed to do and so far they seem to be very honest.

They are very affordable. I've only had it for about a month so I haven't really used it for an emergency. I have the neck one for when I get home and also the lock box. I have dropped the emergency button by accident and it is so sensitive it set off the alarm. I've also set it off when I took it off in the shower when it got too hot and it went off. Still, customer service explains things to me very nicely and they seem to have fun doing their job. I just love them.

My mom saw it advertised on T.V. And asked me to get it for her. My mom is in our beach house in North Carolina and recently she slipped and fell outside. She had her pendant on but she couldn't activate it. Still, the alert went off and somebody called me and they immediately sent somebody out here to get her up. It was fortunate that she did not hurt herself. Customer service was in general easy to to deal with when it came to us receiving the equipment. They have also been very prompt in getting to us and have been very responsive when my mom falls. I appreciate the service they have.

I heard it advertised somewhere and I liked that it could keep track of you outside of your home, in your car, or anywhere else in case something happens. You can basically press the button anywhere and they'll be able to find you. Since I was recently diagnosed with dementia, I decided to go ahead and order it. I was afraid that I would get lost and not know where I was, that's why the GPS was so appealing to me. We actually changed medical alert systems because of that. It has come in handy in that I was able to use it when my husband had a heart attack.

When I moved I needed to get some kind of mobile alert system, especially since I do a lot of gardening. As far as I'm concerned, they have very good technical and customer support. Whenever I had any problems I was able to talk to someone and they have always been very professional. I wanted to get a medical alert device that wasn't too big and that didn't need a bunch of cables, especially since I don't have a lot of outlets in my apartment. I saw various advertisements for different companies before talking to their representative on the phone. I was impressed with their knowledge and I thought I'd try it. I usually wear it all the time, except at night. At that time I just lay it on the chair beside my bed and if I have to get up to go to the restroom I put it on. I was having problems with the device since it would give false alarms when I was just sitting on my chair or when I was sound asleep. I ended up contacting the company to see if I could get a different one and I just got it today. I'm hoping it'll be satisfactory. As for customer service, I can't complain about them. Whenever I have a complain they get to it and give me immediate results. It gives me a feeling of safety knowing that even though I live alone I can reach someone that can help me if I fall.

I've never really used it but I have accidentally hit it twice. The people on the other side were very gracious and accommodating and we didn't feel too bad about the mistake. They were very helpful. It all seems to work fine and it's not to hard to figure out how to use it. That's a good thing. We recently returned it and it was a fairly easy process to turn it back in. We haven't received our refund or credit for the time that we didn't use it though.

I went with them since they had good online reviews. During the ordering and setup process they were pretty transparent, including with their price. Setup was very easy. They were responsive through the setup process and whenever we had false alarms. They have been there whenever the equipment told them we might need them. The device has worked as advertised, though the fall sensor is so sensitive that it goes off even if I sit down too quickly. Still, we've been very pleased so far.

I called them to see if I could get a cheaper price from them since I couldn't afford anything too expensive and they gave it to me. One day last week I went to use the toilet and ended up getting knocked backwards. I landed on my back on the bathtub and hurt my head and bruised my hip. They were here within 10 minutes after I hit the button. I told them what happened and they helped me, that was it. They've done the job well and have been great. I didn't have to pay for the service since I'm on social security and my medical card took care of it.

The services that they offered were good so I went with them. The person that I talked to was really knowledgeable and knew everything. We haven't had to use it yet, thank goodness, but on a typical day my dad wears it as he goes around. He's pretty active, so he takes it with him when he goes to dialysis in the morning and when he's out in the yard doing work or going around on the tractor. I decided to get this service for my mother partly because of the price, she has also had several falls before, so we got it. The lock system that we got with it was easy to set up and everything is working pretty good so far. She hasn't had any falls yet, but the device is really sensitive. If you bend over just a bit, or if you brush it against something, the alarm will go off and give a lot of false alarms. Still, we're pretty satisfied with everything.

The service was recommended by a friend who was very successful in using it. Besides, I was looking for a company that was user friendly and it checked that box. The sales person was a very informative gentleman. He wasn't pushy or anything, he just explained the product to me and the directions he gave me were very simple and easy to follow. The design of the watch device is also good, since the buttons on it are a bit lower so you can't push them accidentally, it would be very hard to do that. I haven't had to use it yet, and I hope I never have to, but it's good to know that it's there.

I had to use it about a week ago because I was having withdraw symptoms from my Parkinson's medicine, the doctor had taken me off of them for some reason. I saw it on the AARP and saw it advertised with other similar companies. I saw that they offered a lock box along with the service, and since I had recently locked myself out of my apartment I decided to go with them. I've only had it for about a week. During the day I usually wear the fall detection device but I take it off when I go out since I'm around a lot of people then. At night I use the wristwatch and I feel comfortable with that at night. On a couple of occasions the necklace that detects falls went off on its own and had false alarms. They called immediately and told them that there was no problem and that they could cancel the alarm. Since I'm still getting used to it, I appreciate how easy it is to do that. With those two false alarms they called me immediately and did as I said, I just felt reassured.

My son chose it for me and it works. I have an alert button on my wrist and the home device is on the table. That way if I fall I can communicate with someone. The system works and I know it because I have tried it and checked it. It's excellent. The only thing is that the battery doesn't last too long, I have to charge it every couple of days and I don't know if it's supposed to last that little. Still, I'm glad to have a backup in case I fall.

I haven't had to use it yet, but I take it with me all the time whenever I travel. I've tested the device a couple of times and the response I've gotten is very good. Customer service is very prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. I'm just very satisfied, it's kinda like a security blanket that comes with me wherever I go, whether I'm home or if I travel anywhere in the United States. All I have to do is push a button and I'll get help.
