We got it because we know that if I fall and end up unconscious, the emergency people will be called. I use it most of the time, especially when I'm outside taking a walk. The device just works. The one representative that we've spoken to has been great, he was just very good. We're glad to have it and hopefully it'll be handy if the need ever arises. Economically, everything seems good.

We compared several companies that were listed as the best ones online. We called and asked several questions and, after getting all the information, we went with MobileHelp. On a typical day, my mom just wears it. She hasn't fallen, but once she sat down too quickly and they called. They were right there to check and make sure she was alright. The only thing is that the pendant is uncomfortable when she's sleeping.

I used to have a different one that was way higher in price, so I just switched. My uncle was the one that did the research. I think someone from MobileHelp actually called him and he thought that one would be the best option. We haven't had to use it, but we test it every now and then by hitting the button. It is very easy to use it. We've also had some false alarms. Every time we call they've been very helpful. I like that I can take it with me when I leave the house.

Since it said they had no contract and it was mobile we decided to give it a try. We liked that we can take it with us if we have car trouble. That is because on one occasion there was an ice storm where our wipers just went out at night on a two lane road. There were no gas stations close by and, because the weather was so bad, we had a hard time getting signal. We couldn't really call for help. It would've been nice to have MobileHelp to get help immediately. Another reason we like it is because they give you the option of using a watch instead of a necklace. Since I don't like the idea of having anything electronic close to the heart, that sounded great. Also, if I bend over, the watch won't get tangled up or caught with everything. Theirs was also the cheapest option in the area. So far I've never had to use it, and hopefully I never will, but I've tried. The only problem I have right now is that there is a contract and I don't really agree with one of the clauses in there. I need to call them about that and I'd recommend everyone to read it before signing up.

I got it since I live on a 3rd floor apartment by myself. Since the door has automatic locks, if anything happened to me, I wouldn't be able to unlock it for anybody to come in. That's when I decided I needed something like MobileHelp. I haven't had to use it yet, but it's a good deal. The device is good, it's lightweight and compact. Anytime I've had a question, they've been right there to help me and lead me through things step by step. I think it's something that anyone living by themselves should have.

I got it because of the GPS and the fall alert. That way, if the person that uses it falls, the family will get an alert about it. It doesn't matter if he can't press the button, we will be notified of the fall. I don't think there was any other company that provided that to us. I've tested the thing a couple of times to see how it worked and it worked well. Most of those times he was at home though, so we haven't had to test it outside or had an actual emergency. I do have a problem with customer support. One time I needed help, so I called. I was left waiting on the line and nobody picked up.

I'm a very new customer to MobileHelp, I've only had it for a month or two. When I spoke to a representative, I liked their plan and was very impressed with it. They have the mobile unit that you can use away from home, you don't need a landline to use it, and the price was good. Because of all of that I decided to get it. I have both the wristband and the bracelet and they're both very comfortable. I carry them with me, but I haven't had to use it. Whenever I've needed to reach customer support they have been very helpful. I'm very satisfied with them. It's a very valuable service.

I have it on me everyday and take it wherever I go, including if I go shopping. They're better than any other service out there. I don't think anyone else can beat them. Customer support is always right there. They know when something is wrong and where you are if you need help. They're just there when you need them to be. I did a search online and the came up. Since they were well rated and the price was right, I decided to get it. It was simple and painless to set it all up. Normally I wear it during the day. The band on the wristband could be a bit better designed. It's a bit on the uncomfortable side of things, but other than that it's all good. Earlier in January we actually had to use it. My wife fell down and had a period of confusion and dementia. We used it then to get an ambulance for her and get her to the hospital. It all worked out very well. The response time was good and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. I got the help that I needed it.

I saw it on TV and it just seemed like a smart idea to get it. The price was reasonable too. I've never really had to use it for an emergency. When I was setting it up though, the alarm went off and the operator called in immediately. They asked if it was an emergency and I just told them that it had been a mistake. I explained that we were just setting the system up. It was all very clear and precise though; she called, identified herself, and we could hear her loud and clear. The people are very nice and knowledgeable.

We searched and searched for a service like this. We had had a life alert system before since I wasn't too steady on my feet and I had a tendency to fall. We ended up searching a lot before my kids and I settled on MobileHelp since they were the best ones around. I've never used it, but I've had some false alarms when I turn over in bed. It just goes off very easily.

I wanted to keep on living on my home since I like where I live and my neighbors, so I got it since I know it'll help me do that. I use the necklace one around the house, including when I take a shower and whenever I go to the basement. I take the mobile one with me when I take my dog out for a walk. I saw an advertisement for it on TV so I requested it. I haven't had to use it yet, but I know that I'm going to have to at some point since I have fallen before. I actually had a different device when that happened. I have also checked it and tested it and there's always somebody right there to answer me and ask me if I need anything. I did have some trouble at some point, but as soon as they were notified about it, they fixed it. I trust them, I mean, if I didn't I would've gotten rid of it already.

I got it since it could go anywhere with me. That way, if I got in trouble with my health, I can get help anywhere in the United States. Mobile Help was better than the other one I had tried, so I decided to switch. They were very helpful when setting everything up and answered all my questions. So far, they've given me the attention that I need when any problem or issue comes up. I mostly use the wristband when I'm around the house, though sometimes I wear the necklace. I like having that as an option. As for the traveling one, I use that one mostly when I go out in my car.

I liked the idea of their fall button and, since the other service didn't have that, I went with MobileHelp. Their support is great, they really help and try to get to the bottom of any problem that comes up. The buttons are a little bit sensitive in that they go off on their own. Though, I do know that they'll be right at my door as soon as possible if anything ever happens. I think their whole system is really good.

I chose it for my mother. They just had the best combination of price and coverage, especially considering they're using the AT&T network. It gives her enough coverage whether she's at home or if she's out and about. It also had a lot of good reviews. We haven't had to use it at this point, she just wears it 24/7. We like the versatility of having both the wristwatch and the pendant. She can wear whichever way she wants and, since it's small, it's not very intrusive. The set up was easy to do and they helped us out with that. We haven't run into any issues.

I got it because of several reasons. First of all, the price seemed just right. I also liked the idea of having a lock box outside the door. Then you also get a lot of things: the chain that goes around the neck, the wrist watch, the large Mobile station and the small one. I usually just wear the necklace around my neck and have the other devices around. I haven't needed to use them, and I hope I never do, but they're there in case I need help. I think it's good.

I used to have another alarm system, but that one only went up to 300 ft outside of my house, so it just covered the yard. This one works in the bathroom, it can get wet, and I can take it with me when I go shopping. So if I fall while going grocery shopping or when I go to the post office, I can take it with me. Apparently for 3 days they were trying to get a hold of me because the signal from the button was not coming through. One night when I went to the bathroom I heard them calling me and asking me to pick up. That's when I talked with them about the thing and they checked it. Apparently it west working properly because it just wasn't charging. They sent me a new one within two days and, in the meantime, they told me how to directly connect the button to the power source so I could still use it.

I got it since I just thought it was a good product. It has really given me peace of mind to have it in my home. I haven't had to use it at all, but I have no concerns about the device. There have been a couple of times when the alarm went off when I was scrubbing the kitchen cabinets, or leaning down. They called right away on those times and I felt like I was in trouble at first but things went ok. I know it works because of that. It's here if I ever need to use it. It makes me feel safe.

When my husband or family aren't around, I can count on it. I'll just put on the wristband or the fall necklace and use that. If I want to go to the store in the city buses and come back on my own, I can do just that by myself. It's just easy to use and I don't have to worry about using it all the time. If I want to go out by myself, then I have the option of using it. Their customer service representatives are very loyal and if I need help I can contact them easily.

I have disabilities. I was watching television one night and saw the commercial. I had been thinking of maybe trying it for some time. I made the decision and called after seeing what they offered, and tried it . I feel it is the answer for anyone young or older with any disabilities, or living alone. My son got it for me and so far I've used it twice. One night I fell and they acted fast. They called 911 and the emergency people came out. The only problem they ran into is that they had the wrong combination for the lock box so they had to get something to break in and get me. They were able to get to me immediately though. They got me oxygen and took me out immediately. The second time it happened when I was out in the supermarket. They were there to help me within 10 minutes of me falling there! It has been awesome. They're just very prompt and effective.

I discussed this with my daughter when I came out of rehab and she decided this one would be the best to get. Customer support was very considerate and did their job well. Though the devices really weren't all that necessary since I've never fallen. They did come one night, called my daughter and my son, and did everything they were paid to do, but there wasn't an actual emergency. They were very prompt that time actually. Now I just gotta get used to being very careful with it so that I don't press it accidentally. I'm satisfied with it though.

I got it since I live alone. It has been very handy, but I've had to stop wearing the button that goes around my neck because it kept sending emergency units out to my home. The button just goes off a lot because of my cats. There was a time I had to use it because I was having chest pains and they came out here quickly. My wife saw and ad about it, that's how we found them. She uses the wrist watch while she's home alone. If we have any questions, all we have to do is give them a call and we'll get the answer right then and there. The button is easy to use and understand. A friend taught me how to sign up for it. It was just the right price so I could afford it, that's mostly why I took it. They seem to have everything that I want and do everything that I need. Since I kept falling and I live alone, I decided to get it. I wear it but haven't had an emergency so far. Every time I call, my questions are answered. If one person can't answer me, they direct me to the right person. They are very prompt when answering too, even when the button goes off by mistake. I don't have any problems with the button, they have a very good product. It does what it's supposed to do. I think it's a good thing for anybody that lives alone when they're my age.

MobileHelp was the best service we could find in terms of the price and everything else. Customer support is right there to help out and answer any question I might have. We have accidentally set off the alarm because we dropped the thing or pressed the button, but so far we haven't had anything major happen. I like that I don't have to be right at the monitor to talk to them or use it. I also finally figured out that I can put the little thing on a safety pin and pin it right on my shirt. It works great for me.

Somebody told me about them so I got it. I've used it twice so far. On one occasion I fell by the garage in the backyard and couldn't get up. I called them and they were there within 10 ' 15 minutes. They were all very courteous and checked on us well. They even took me to the hospital I asked them to. It was all very quick. There's no wait time to talk to someone, I like that. Actually, the second time I fell it happened on the exact same place and it took them 5 minutes to get to me that time! As for the price, it was $66 for the first 3 months, so I think they're all really good.

From the commercials and the information that I got, it seemed to be what I wanted. It covers you all over the United States, not just around your house. I needed something like that so that, even if I was 50 miles away from home, someone could still find me if I needed help. The wristband is alright. I think they're better than some of the other companies out there, especially because others don't cover you as far as this one does. I check the device once a month and they are there. They're very good too, even if I get confused a lot when I call.

I had seen the commercial somewhere and decided to call them. I had just had open heart surgery, so I wanted to have something like it. The gentleman that I talked to told me about all the benefits of it and I decided to get it at that point. I really enjoyed talking to them, they're very knowledgeable. They were the ones that had everything in one thing: the mobile part, the fall alert, and everything else. We've never had anything happen since we got it. He wears it every day and takes it out with him though. It's comfortable enough, but sometimes if he hits it or something it detects falls that didn't happen. On those occasions all we have to do is respond and tell them it wasn't really a fall. They are always quick to respond, helpful, and very friendly. It gives us peace of mind.

I didn't really know it was the right one for me until after I tried it. I've been wearing it every day, but I haven't had to use it. I know it works though. I've dropped it and the fall alarm has gone off on its own. There was also a time I turned it on accidentally while I was on a train at two o'clock in the morning. I had the mobile bit inside my pocketbook and put a bag on top of it. They called me and asked me if I was ok and if I was out that day. I told them I was alright and that was that. I feel safer with it.

My daughter and I just looked at the different options out there and we decided we liked this one, so we got it. On a normal day I just grab the unit and take it wherever I go. Usually I'll take my grandson to school, but if I don't go out I don't have to carry it with me. There have been a time or two when they called me even though I hadn't fallen. Apparently they just noticed a call or fall and called me right away. To me that just means that they're quick and they'll be there if I do need them.

I had another device that, during a medical emergency, sent the emergency services to my apartment at a time when I was at church. After that incident, I switched. The necklace piece works just fine and I have another one, a little phone piece, that I can use to respond or talk to someone. On an occasion I was wearing the necklace and the alarm went off. They responded to me very quickly and all I had to do was let them know that I was ok and that it wasn't an emergency. I trust them a lot.

I had been hearing a lot about an easy way to get help using mobile on social media. When a lady talked to me about it I thought I'd try it. I haven't had to use it yet since my great grandkids are here with me. Any calls I've gotten have been because they sleep over it and that usually happens in the middle of the night. If there's ever a time when they can't hear me and I need help, I can just push the button and the EMS can come help me. They come out here immediately. It's all very quick and easy to do.

I just think it's a great thing to have. Living alone, it's a comfort to me. You can carry it anywhere. You know you're protected anywhere you go outside, or just being around the house all the time. I think they are fairly reliable. When you're setting it up, you go by the instructions, and its on! It's easy to hook up. I like it myself. It's small enough to carry it around, and wearing it doesn't bother me none. It's comfortable.

I switched to them because I just could not be chained to my house the way I was with the other company. I wanted to go places and have something that I could take with me and this one is just more convenient. It even has GPS to find me if I can't answer them. I don't go out very much, but when I do it's nice to know that I've got something that will let someone know that I've taken a fall. I've been lucky in that so far that hasn't happened, so I haven't had to use it. I actually hope I never have to use it but I'm sure that they will be there if I ever need help. I'm glad I've got it.

We got it because we were worried about my mom falling. A friend of mine had this system and she was very pleased with it, so we got the same one. We actually got it the week before my mother fell. That happened the day after Christmas and it was just a miracle that we had it. It was very quick, we didn't have to wait for minutes before someone responded.
