My neighbor has it and she talked me into getting the same one. Hers went off yesterday by accident, and they were here almost immediately. I was really happy to have them. I'm right next door to her and the fact that they got here so soon, within minutes, that was a good thing. I have no complaints. I don't want to have to use it, but it's here, and I wear it, and so far everything has been good.

I called another company up, and they wanted a lot of money which was a little ridiculous, and Mobile Help was more reasonable. They could probably be cheaper than what they are, though. One time I really pushed the panic button and the people were really friendly and made me feel better because they were really polite about everything. I'm kind of disappointed; I wish that the wrist band or the necklace part button had a speaker.

I have read up on several different kinds of alert devices, and I like Mobile Help because it was the closest to my needs. It's just a comfort knowing that I have it if I run into any difficulties of any kind, in the house as well as outside the house, since I have the GPS as well. I am on a very, very tight budget'social security only'but comparing Mobile Help's value to the others, I would say it is fair. I have had excellent service, and all my questions have always been answered courteously and efficiently.

I wear the button around my neck all day, and I have a hand held device for when I go outside and go for a walk. I have it beside my bed at night. I also love having the button to wear in the shower. I just feel very secure now. I've already made a recommendation of it to friends. I've had a couple of reasons to call customer support, and I've been always treated courteously and very considerately. The people are very pleasant, and they never hurried.

I was most motivated to get Mobile Help due to the fact that you can take it outside the house. Every once in a while, when I'm not doing anything, something happens and it goes off, but it's still worth getting. I wear the necklace practically all day, whether I'm at home or away. I've had a couple of mishaps with the with the device, and they answered immediately. I've not had it for very long, so I can't say in an emergency situation how it would be, but at this point I'm quite satisfied with the response time. They do it quickly and with great clarity. It's very likely that I would recommend them to a friend. When shopping for it, I looked at the features that it offered, and the price was reasonable and affordable.

He has the option to wear the necklace or the watch bracelet, and that way, depending on what you're doing or what you need, you can use either, which was a nice choice.

I have no complaints regarding their customer support. There was a fall, and we got assistance right away, just what we needed. It was a very prompt response, and I appreciated that. The light from the main device is very bright, and lights up a lot in the evening, more than I need, although sometimes that ends up being useful. The mobile portion is a little weighty, and only holds the charge for about 24 hours'maybe 30 hours or so'so I'm always having to charge it and then remember to pull it out.

I had heard that they were very reliable, and the following week I fell down. An hour later, they called me up and asked me if we wanted to join their company. I asked, how did they know I was hurt? They said they didn't, so it was like an act of God. They came and we signed up. I feel good that I have reliable people like Mobile Help that are ready to take care of me wherever I am. They have the door lock, so that in case I'm inside the house, they have the key and they can get in and help me and my wife.

Since I have Mobile Help, if something happens to me, the emergency people will be there for me, even if I'm going out of town. I haven't used it that way yet, but it's been a comfort knowing that I do have it when I need it. I test it once a month, and it seems to be working in our favor. So far it's been okay, as it has hasn't gone off with a false alarm since I've had it. I have the piece that I can carry in the car with me, and also into the bathroom where I take my shower. I like that I can talk right into it, unlike the machine I used to have, which just had an automated voice that I could barely hear. So far everything's been fine with this one. I really don't have any other friends that aren't already with other systems, but I would recommend them if I did.

Mobile Help was the only one I was aware of although I have since been called by others. I've got to say I'm happy with it so far. Up to now I've had absolutely no problems with the company or the device, so it's a good value for my money. It's very comprehensive, it was very easy to set up, and I think it's easy to figure out how to work, which I think was the important thing. My children decided it was important to have the safety factor this would provide us. It's easy to use, and I like the idea that you can take a pocket monitor with you no matter where you go. We've had no problems with the system whatsoever. I never have had to press the button; we mainly use it for safety reasons here. My husband just had deep surgery and when I take him out walking, it's good to have because if it detects a fall or anything, I would get help right away, which is why we got it.

I live alone, and it gives me a lot of security to know that if I would fall, I could push this button. I've already recommended it to a few friends. I saw it on TV before choosing this particular company. I cannot use the thing that you put around your neck, though; it's too sensitive. I can be sitting still and it will go off. I called somebody and they were supposed to send me another one, but I haven't received anything yet. I'm goanna call them back and tell them that I don't want another necklace. I bought this service for my Mother a few years ago. She is now 94 and living by herself in her home. He always wears the necklace and has had to use it two or three times. Mobile help called the Emts and they responded quickly and brought her to the hospital. I was given a phone call to alert me to the situation. Everything worked as it should and Mom is still at home and turning 95 soon. This device, and the mobile capabilities have given her, and her daughters, much comfort! It is an invaluable service!

I went with them because they offered everything I needed. I've never had to use it, but I have the necklace piece on the door so that I remember to take it out with me. My daughters researched all of the companies out there and came up with Mobile Help for me. I'm glad I have it, I wear the watch all the time, even at night. I've never had to use it, but I've hit it by mistake and they always call me when that happens. Even when I was out of Atlanta in Connecticut they called me when I hit the button by accident. They'll also call if they thing something is wrong. I had some issues with the main base machine that I kept in my kitchen. The lights on it kept flashing for some reason and I called them many times to see if they could fix it. They tried a lot but, in the end, they ended up sending me a brand new machine. I was very pleased with that.

The price of it was what convinced me of getting it. I've had to call them two different times. One of them was because I had a stroke and needed help. They responded right away and sent an ambulance out for me. They even stayed on the line with us while all of that was happening. The button is easy to use. I got it because you can go anywhere with it and use it outside your home. On one occasion we went on a vacation and took the button with us. We tested it to see if it would work and they were able to find us even though we were in another state. They've always had a rapid response, there are no delays. The only thing is that I don't like is the watch. Maybe it's the material it's made out of, but I just don't like it. The necklace is fine though.

I got it back in the day when they were the only ones that had some kind of mobile feature that worked outside of the base's area. I wear it when I go to the market, to Costco, and generally when I just shop around. I had to use it when I was gardening and got stuck out. It was too hot, so I pressed the button. They've always responded very quickly, even if I press the button by mistake. The only problem that I have with the button is that the watch comes undone very easily.

We got it for my mother since they offered a wireless service that didn't need a phone line. We haven't had to call them much, but they've been very helpful when we do. We've had to replace the battery a couple of times and ship things back and forth, but besides that she hasn't had any problems with them. When I initially signed up for this service they didn't tell me about the different payment plans that they offered. I wasn't told that it'd be much cheaper if I paid quarterly or yearly instead of paying monthly as I had been doing. After about 3 years of having it, the service rep contacted me and told me I could get a lower rate this way. I was disappointed that it took them that long for them to reach out and tell me about it.

I tried a couple of other services, but this one was the one I ended up keeping. When I had to use it they were very efficient. They asked me my name and dispatched the emergency personnel out to our house. They were very efficient. A couple of times the alarm has gone off while he's asleep, laying on the bed, and they've alerted me of those times too. Usually he's just right next to me, so things are alright. On one occasion my husband misplaced his necklace and they replaced it for him. They were very patient and good with him. I wish they would put the GPS bit on the necklace itself. That'd be a good improvement. That way they could track him all the time without the need to have the other bit in his pocket.

At the time I got it they were sort of a pioneer in this kind of technology. The only other company out there only worked within a very small range, 100 or 200 ft from the main unit. I was getting it for my dad and I liked the idea of him being able to get help regardless of where he was. When we first got it, we helped him do some of the testing and everything, but now he's doing that on his own periodically. He wears the little necklace and charges it when he needs to. They always respond and are always trying to get better at giving the service. When it fist came out I thought the device and everything was great. Now I'm not so sure since they give you the cellphone bit and the pendant, so you have to carry both when you go out. Ideally they would integrate the necklace and cellphone into one, especially since you never know if the cellphone will be all charged up and ready to go whenever you need to go out.

I just sort of picked it out for my mother to use. You can take the little thing with you since it's mobile. So my mother can take it with her even if she's just going out to the mailbox. She has not had to use it so far, but she tests it quite frequently to make sure it's working. They're wonderful. When I first got it I paid with a credit card that I had accidentally overspent. Instead of just shutting down my service they called me to let me know about the issue and I just gave them a different card to charge. That was very nice and I appreciated that.

I bought it for my mother in law since she's 85 and lives by herself. She's very independent, but her hips went bad, so we wanted her to have something like this. We've had it for around 4 years now and, thank god, she hasn't fallen or needed it. We've only tested it once a year or so, partly because she is afraid that using the button will actually cost her money. They've always been wonderful though. The system is very economical and user friendly.

In my research I figured out that they were one of the best ones, especially when it came to the device's ability to go anywhere and still be connected. That's why I purchased it for my mother. It's flawless and has never failed. Customer service does not delay getting in contact with you if there's a problem, especially when it comes to hardware issues. If something needs to be replaced, they will send it out immediately. I'm a bit disappointed in my mother because she will not push the button when she actually needs it. That just renders the whole system useless and, because of that, I'm considering canceling it.

I got it for someone because at the time they had the little device that goes with you anywhere. It would cover you even when you weren't at home. As of this date, she hasn't had to use it, but she wears the necklace around her neck 24/7. They've always answered every question we've had and make sure that things are set up correctly. I got it because it works with the cellphone service and not on a landline. My son is the one that uses it and he had to push the button on it when he fell in the bathroom on the ceramic tile floor. The service was referred to me by my daughter. I've had them for quite a few years now and they have always been very helpful and courteous. I wear the wristband all the time and, when I go out anywhere I carry the little thing that follows where I go. We saw it advertised somewhere years ago and decided to get it for my mother. At the time she was using a different system, but we just liked MobileHelp better. They have such a wide variety of things you can use. There's the necklace, the bracelet, the little mobile unit, and the base unit. It's all great for an elderly person. We had to replace the equipment at one point and they were very efficient and helpful with that.
