I got it for my husband because it was good anywhere, not just in my home. He has fallen quite a bit since we got it and we've used it to call 911 to get him back up. They've answered quickly and follow up with us well. They call us to let us know when they've sent someone our way and also to make sure that help actually arrived. The button is easy to use. It's also waterproof, so he can wear it in the shower. I'm very happy with them.

We use it every day and we take it with us even when we travel. Every time we accidentally call them, they contact us right away. The thing is easy to carry it and accessible. It is a little expensive, but in the end you pay for the features that you want. I think they should just keep doing what they're doing and they'll keep a lot of their customers happy.

The reviews that I saw for their costumer service convinced me. I also liked that we could stop the service when we wanted to, so I got it for my mom. She hasn't had to use it yet, than god for that, but she tests it and it has worked well. They've been very helpful whenever we do that or when we call them for other reasons. The button is small and there's only two of those so testing it is simple. It's also very loud, which is a good thing since it's easy to hear them when they come on.

I saw an ad for it in a magazine and decided to give them a call. The nicest man answered the phone and helped me get my mother signed up for it. She has used it several times and they've been wonderful. They've saved her life twice and have always taken good care of her. They're always here within minutes. The EMTs that they send are also great, they do an amazing job. It's a very inexpensive program, especially considering what you get for it. There is one issue with my billing that I'm still waiting on to see if they've resolved.

We did a lot of research and this one felt like it would suit my mother best. We've only had to use it once and it was by accident. She rolled over on the device and it went off. It wasn't a true medical need, but it showed just how good and fast they were. The response of the EMTs, the lock in the front door, and everything else was set up well and worked perfectly. Everything works the way it was intended to work. They're very trustworthy.

We were looking for something for my dad and they had more bell and whistles than their competitors. Along with the standard panic button, they had the GPS to track him, the fall detection button, etc. That's why I purchased this for my father. He fell once and had to use it. They responded well and the paramedics where there within minutes. Everything works as advertised. They're always very responsive and proactive. They call us whenever the batter gets low so we know ahead of time. We'll continue using the service as long as necessary.

We called different companies and felt that they were the most reasonable ones, so I got it for my dad. Sometimes it seems like it takes them a while to respond to the button push. It takes some 2 or 3 minutes before they answer whenever we do the testing. Sometimes it just depends on the environment but I don't really know. I get frustrated and if that happened in a true emergency it would be a problem. One day we couldn't find my dad, he had gone on one of his walks but hadn't told us about it. We were really concerned about him so we called them and they were able to locate him for us. It turned out he was just two blocks away and we felt relieved. Customer service is pretty good about responding to our questions. We've had some equipment problems but they were pretty good about correcting those situations. Sometimes it took a little while for them to fix it, but things turned out ok. I'm real happy about it.

About 8 years ago or so a salesman came in and told us about the service and we ended up getting it. Overall its a great device. I've had to use it several times and every time things were good. They call me to check on my device too and on one occasion we found out it wasn't working. We fixed the issue and I really appreciated what they did. There is one exception when there was an issue with the central office or something, but things were straightened out. They've always answered my questions.

I did an internet search and since they met our criteria we got it for my 96 year old mother. She falls down a lot and can't get up on her own, so she has pushed the button to get one of the neighbors or someone in the family to run over and help her. Sometimes emergency services come, but that's not always needed. They're very helpful and have given us great technical support so far. The base is great, but the battery life on the mobile device is too short. Still, we're very happy with it, we couldn't be more pleased.

I saw an ad for them in the paper, so gave them a call and asked a few questions. After that I decided to join in. I've only had it for 2 weeks but I wear it everyday. I put it on in the morning and in the evening I put the watch on. Whenever I leave the house I take the GPS with me. It is a little bit expensive to be honest. Last time I called customer service the woman that I talked to was not really nice, she had a bit of an attitude issue. I needed help with the necklace since the string is too long. I was trying to get someone that could help me make it shorter but she didn't know how to. Another issue is that the watch itself doesn't look like the one that they had advertised in their pictures. The one they had looked nicer and this one looks like a simpler form. I'd like to know if there's a way to change the one I have for the one they advertised.

I looked for a lot of them and Mobile Help seems to have a better plan; it was less expensive and had more goodies. I have not had to use it yet, thank goodness. I have my watch thing on 24 hours a day, and the regular thing at the tables next to me, and I feel secure. It's wearable anywhere, and that means I'm more comfortable. Of course, I have the watch one, so even at work I can push the button. I'm just more secure having it available.

I used to have a different one that was supposed to be hooked to my telephone but it was never in sync with it. When I saw MobileHelp advertised on a magazine I decided I would give them a call and ended up getting it. I take it with me everywhere I go. We chose them because I just liked their answers, and so far their responses have been great. They will call you every time the thing goes off, so they have a pretty good response time. It's for my mother. She uses it, and whenever she falls or trips or anything, it really alerts them; within five minutes I've got a call, and she's taken care of from that point. I spoke to a couple of people from different companies. The person from MobileHelp that I spoke to gave me more information about the device and, since the price was reasonable, I went with it. Most of the time everything is alright. Unfortunately my husband has set off a lot of false alarms. It's just that the lanyard will think you've fallen if you sit down too quickly or if you do something to move it too much. The good thing is that system works fine. They respond to the alarms and talk to him through the speakers to make sure he's ok. I still wish the fall detector wasn't that sensitive.

It's convenient for me because I do a lot of walking and I've been in the hospital a few times now. It seems to have a pretty big coverage. I have the one that you take with you, so I find that it's very convenient. I had an experience where my wrist unit accidentally hit a shelf or something in a convenience store, which was up in the mountains and surrounded by trees. I had wondered and actually called and asked previously to make sure I would have coverage in those areas, and sure enough I did. They've answered all my questions, they've been very understanding, like when I accidentally hit the alarm, and it's just always available. I originally chose them based on affordability.

Because I'm older, I've fallen a few times and I live by myself. I haven't used it yet and as a matter of fact I I'm I'm in the process of moving so it's not even hooked up right now. Well its comfortable to me is a little sensitive but I have a grand baby live here a lot and sometime he touches it does say that that's what happens when I I you know I got to call them all of that.I think its easily accessible in the event that you do need it and I found that out a few times when I got a call in that call from the operate and I wouldn't even realize it had been touched.

The main thing was I could take it away from the house. It offered me everything I was looking for, as to when I live the house, where I am exactly. They could call in for me and know where I am and that would perhaps save my life if I had car problems. So I appreciate the service very much. Well i've been 100% satisfied with it and I know I'm going to have a long and happy business deal with them, I think the price is right and it holds the electricity for 36 hours I believe it is, it gives you plenty of time. I went with them since I don't need to have a telephone connection, they do everything through satellite. That also means that they'll know exactly where I am if there's an emergency. I am well protected with this organization. About 2 or 3 months ago I had to call them, all I had to do is press the button and the police came to help me. I was very happy about that. I'm 85 years old and sometimes I feel weak. My son insisted that I needed to get one of these so we got it. I wear it all the time around my neck. I feel very secure with it. I already have recommended it to others. We got it for the advantages that they have with home security. We also wanted the mobile device in case something happens when my wife has to be in the car. My children were the ones that got it for me in case I needed help but I don't really feel like I need it. I'm retired but fairly healthy, I do all of my own housework. I wear it, yeah, but I haven't had to push the button for help. I've talked to customer service a couple of times for small things, but nothing too bad. Right now I've had some trouble with the device that goes on my neck because it goes off on its own. When that happens they call me and ask me if I need any help. All I gotta say is 'no, I'm perfectly fine' and that's that. Because of that I don't sleep with it anymore. I don't know how fast they will be in an actual emergency. Maybe as I get older I might have more need for it so I'll let them continue with it.

Customer support helped me test the unit, I didn't have to figure that out on my own, they were helpful. The old service that we had wasn't working right so we had to get a different one. I don't quite remember how we picked them, but I think it was mostly that the price was right. We've used it quite often actually. He normally wears the necklace and uses the phone to talk to them. If he's alone, he can just press the button himself and everything lights up. The lady comes up on the phone and they call the ambulance for him. They're always available. The service is very reliable and so far we've been satisfied.

My grandson was the one that did the checking and gave me information on the different companies out there. They were the cheapest one out there, that's why I got it. The button works just fine, I just set it off quite a lot by accident. But that happens sometimes, I'm just happy with it. I've used it twice so far. The first one was when I was having heart failure and the second one was when I fell and couldn't get up. Both times they were just very good. They have everything I need for medical alert. I live alone and need to have some security in case I fall. I can wear it around my neck or on my arm and they'll always be available. My only concern right now is with the extra unit that you have to carry with when you go out. I'd like them to make it so you don't have to do that since I don't have any pockets or anything where I can put the box when I leave. Either that or make it more compact.

I needed Mobile Help because I live alone, and if something were to happen to me, no one would know. They were very knowledgeable whenever I called in, pushing the button to check and see if it's activated. It's comfortable. I can take the little gadget with me when I go out and I don't have to worry about putting on the armband on my arm which is very uncomfortable. I just put the pendant around my neck and carry the mobile device in my purse. That makes it more convenient to get it if I needed it while I was out in public.

I was using another company, and their fall button did not work. Mobile Help assured me that the fall button would work, and they were a little bit cheaper. I use it everyday'in the shower, outside, when I go places'I use it all the time. I haven't fallen yet since I had the device. They've been very helpful to me in setting it up, and in stopping emergency help calls. It's gone off by accident a couple of times. So far it has not given me any problems beyond that; it seems to be working fine. Their customer service does seem to be very, very considerate, very on top of things.

The price was one thing that convinced me, but what we really liked is that you can take the blue box out with you when you go out shopping and things like that. If you need help while you're out, you can just push the button. The other ones we looked at only worked while you were at home or had a shorter range. They offer so much more than the other service we had in the past. It seems the simplest for my 92 year old grandfather to use, and I also like that it has the GPS tracking device. That way he can have it when he's on the go. It can be used anywhere. My grandfather is still driving around, so he can just take it with him in his pocket, and he has that security wherever he is. They are always pleasant to talk to on the phone. I saw what they had to offer. A lot of them work, but I thought this was the best one. I can take it anywhere I go. I could wear the necklace or the bracelet and go to the store, out to eat, anywhere with it, so I really like that. I'm a senior citizen and currently I live in New York by myself. Since I noticed MobileHelp had a medical alert system I went and got it. They're the largest system out here. It works whether you're inside or outside. About a month or two ago I had too use it since I fell. I was down on the ground and couldn't get up so I used it to call the police. They came out, helped me get up, and took me to the hospital. I definitely appreciate the service. Having it can keep you from dying if you fall or get in trouble. All you have to do is press the button.

I thought they seem to be the the best value as a whole for me. On a typical morning when I get up, first of all I never take my watch off except for when I go in the shower, when I use my pendant instead. That way I still have a button. Occasionally they check on me to see if my equipment is working. I live alone and that provides security for me. What I really like is the GPS. I am out and about quite a little bit; I do a lot of different volunteer things and I'm not always home. I'm not very far away, but I like that part. I would recommend them.

I had some from other companies that I did not like at all. I went and just independently bought this one on my own through AARP. I think it all runs about the same price with what I've got and what I've had. I just wear this one around my neck all the time. They told me to check this thing and make sure it's working every so often. It came on accidentally one time. I thought that it was my fire alarm, but they said that it was my necklace, but I hadn't touched it. They eventually got the alarm cut off, and nothing else was done about it, so I was pretty confused on that.

I got it because I needed it. I have a busy life since I teach art, do my own artwork, go shopping, and go out with my daughter. I did some investigation on the different services out there and this one seemed like the best one. I have some objections with the system, one of them is that the button is too sensitive. Anytime I even slightly touch it, it goes off. Still, they have been very responsive every time that happens, even when it's not an actual emergency. I really appreciate that. The system is easy to understand and set up. Though another thing I don't quite like is that I have to be in the same room where the GPS unit is if I want to talk to them. I have to take that with me everywhere to talk to the person, even if I'm just in my bathroom. If they made it so you can talk to them through the necklace unit that would be a great plus.

I needed the equipment because I fall a lot and I knew that with it I would get help immediately. They are always there when I need them and they try their best to get you all the help you might need. A couple of weeks ago I had to use it and they were very helpful. With the price that you pay for it you get a necklace, the wristband, and the button you can put on your waist. That way you have different options to get in touch with someone in case you fall. I picked it since I liked the features that they have, especially the fall detection feature. That one in particular was a deal breaker when I looked around. I have it now and luckily I haven't had to use it yet. I just wear it on my neck in case I need it and it's mostly good. I've only had problems with the part that holds the button. It's constantly turning backwards, no matter what way I put it on. Other than that though, it's wonderful. There was an occasion where the alert went off accidentally and they called my emergency contacts immediately. My daughter and granddaughter came out running to check in on me. When I called them back to tell them things were just fine they took care of everything. There was another false alarm like that one and I still don't quite understand why that happened. Especially since I wasn't even wearing the necklace at the time. I feel safe with it though.
