I got it for my mother since they offered what I wanted at a decent price. Fortunately she has not had to use it yet. She is using the wrist version and it hasn't caused any kind of skin irritation or anything. It also is water resistant. I think it doesn't bother her, it almost is as if she didn't notice it at all. Customer service has been good at answering all my questions, especially during the setup call. They were quick and good at responding to us. It has been a very positive experience so far. Anything that can help my mom in a state of emergency is excellent to me.

I saw it advertised on TV so I gave them a call. I found out there that there were only two companies that had pacemakers and they were one of them. Since I hadn't heard of the other one, Philips I think, I went with MobileHelp. Thank god I haven't had to use it yet, but every time I've had to call them for questions they easily answered everything. The device itself is one of the easiest to use, especially after seeing some confusing ones that my friends have. I like that I don't need to have them plugged to a phone line and the price is very reasonable.

I investigated several companies and I found out that they had the product that I wanted and that I didn't need to sign a contract. Because of that I decided to get it for my mother. We've had it just 2 months and so far she hasn't had to use it yet, she has just tested it. Those tests have gone through just fine and they responded in a reasonable time frame. My mother has tried both the necklace and watch devices and both seem to work fine.

The service is for my mother and father in law since they needed help while they were at home. They had a lot of falls so we thought that it would be great to get them this so they could feel more secure at home. Thank god we haven't had to use it yet but we know it's there for them and if they hit the alarm they can talk to someone. Thank goodness we haven't had to use it yet, but every time we have called they have been right there. They have checked in with us to make sure that things are ok. We had some issues at first when the unit was delivered to us. I wasn't sure if the thing would be turned on during shipping and all of that, but I think that it was. It kept going off and I think that because of that they had medical staff break into my mother's house. They came in through the garage door because the code for the lock box was the same as the garage door one. They woke my mother up even though she wasn't in any danger and scared her a lot. I'm not sure they should've turned the thing on before we even got the system in our hands.

I got it since I'm 76 years old and I live alone. I'm still fairly active and go out of the house a lot, so getting it just seemed like a logical thing to do. I found it online and after looking at some ratings I gave them a call. The representative that responded explained to me that the equipment they used was all manufactured by the company and that other well-rated companies used their equipment as well. Since their price was good and there was no contract needed, it seemed like a good fit for me. I haven't had to use it yet but there have been a couple of instances where it went off when it shouldn't have. When I spoke to the representative he was very helpful though. I've had no problems with them or the equipment.

It makes me feel safe because it tracks me wherever I go so if I need help I can be found. Living alone I feel safe if I were to get sick or hurt I can call immediately. I have accidentally activated my alarm several times and the response is quick and the responders are concerned and courteous and assure that I am safe before disconnecting the call.

So far, I haven't needed it for an emergency. I accidentally pushed it 3 times, and I figured out a way not to do that now, but the on all 3 times I got a quick response. I've always had good experiences with them. They answered my questions, and it didn't take very long to get through to them. Plus, it's not very expensive, and it does what it says it's going to do. It's everything it needs to, however, I wish the wristband was a little longer. Overall, I'm very happy with the company.

I wear the fall mechanism around my neck, as well as the transmitter thing on my belt, and it's just there. A few people recognize it and most say words of approval. I've had a couple of accidental trips, setting the alarm off, and their customer service was very helpful, knowledgeable and ready to do what you expect them to do. One time I did push the button by accident. I was about to take a shower, and it was a very quick response time. I had barely left the shower when the phone was ringing, and then the policemen were at my door. Everybody was very nice, very friendly and understanding. The only thing I don't like about the device is that it sticks out of my clothing a bit. A smaller one would be better.

Excellent customer service! Everybody I've spoken to has been great. I was actually having difficulty with the Pendant, so they sent me a new one, and it's working great! It's not as sensitive as the last one. The device is very sensitive and I sometimes activate it by accident. At first I didn't like it, but now I think it's a good thing. This way, I know for sure that I'll get help when I need it. Plus, their agents are very helpful, and ask me if everybody is alright when the alarm goes off. That is helpful and courteous. The only thing that was a challenge for me was the box outside the house, it was hard to set up because of my old age.

It really makes me feel safer, but I wish the GPS device wasn't so sensitive. The other day I picked it up and put it on the bed, and it went off. Besides that, it's been quite a helpful device. Plus, all of their representatives have been very helpful and considerate. They've always been patient, even when I don't feel like the answers are clear to me. Getting MobileHelp was a no brainer for me, something I needed to do, in case something happened. I have superb satisfaction with them, and don't have any complaints. In the beginning, their sales team was a little pushy. I was not going to put off with that, so once they've realized that I just wanted certain things, they were fine. The only thing I have problems with is the lock at the front door, I can't get that open. Everything else is easy, just that padlock is difficult. To me, their excellent service is what will make me continue with them after the 3-month trial.

I have a fall detector. My husband passed away, and I live alone, and it's a good idea using it. I first found out about it from the internet. So far it's okay. I haven't had it very long, so I haven't really had it long enough to give a really good idea how I feel about it yet. The sales people were very good, and It was pretty easy to open up and start using, but I think the cord that they have you put around your neck is the ugliest thing I've ever seen, since you have to wear it all the time, it looks horrible under your clothes. I think you could do something about modifying that a little bit.

I got the Duo for someone who had a stroke and she can't be alone. A relative told me about it; he knew someone who had experience with it. So far it's fine. We haven't really used it yet; we haven't had need for it, fortunately. It was very simple and easy to set up and use, though. The sales team was fine; the only problem I ran into was that I was told by the salesman that the product would not be activated until we were ready to activate it, at which time we would call them and have it activated, and what I was told when I received it is that it came already activated, so our first year started about a month before I really wanted it to start. It was fine; it was just a little bit of a misunderstanding, but I think that they should have made that more clear. I was frustrated with the level of response I got with that one issue, but they resolved it, and so for me it was unfortunate, but it has nothing to do with the actual use of the product, so it's fine. It all worked out in the end.

The front yard is visible to other people, but not the back, so I got the model that automatically dials for you if you fall. I drive alone a lot, so I purchased the MobileHelp device that offers a GPS service. It's not a problem, because I can wear the piece in the shower. The Senior House I live in has an alarm system in each room, however, this is much better because I can push the button and get help right away. I was very happy with the people I spoke with, so that was good thing. I only wish the service was cheaper.
