Well I purchased the base and little modem that goes with it and the necklace and the bracelet. I'm very satisfied with it. I can take it with me where ever I go and if I'm going out of town all I do called met line and let them know where I'm going so they are aware that I'm not at home. And the customer service is outstanding. Everyone has been very helpful and you know when I call, if I need something they're right there answering, I'm not talking to a machine I'm talking to a person so that means a lot to me.

I don't have the reps name that took care of us, but we had to call a several time for assistance, and they were great! My mother in law had to push the button a handful of times already, and with the lock box in place, the paramedics were able access the house very easily and get her the help she needed. The entire system worked just like it was designed.

I drive alone a lot, so I purchased the MobileHelp device that offers a GPS service. It's not a problem, because I can wear the piece in the shower. The Senior House I live in has an alarm system in each room, however, this is much better because I can push the button and get help right away. I was very happy with the people I spoke with, so that was good thing. I only wish the service was cheaper.

My father lives alone so we thought it would be a good thing for him. I'm very satisfied with them because they explained everything to me over the phone. He seems to like it pretty much. It doesn't get on his way or cause any issues. Besides, it's pretty easy to set up and understand. I personally like it because it's waterproof and because there's always gonna be somebody there for you, in case something happens.

We purchased the fall detect button for my mother because she's alone most of the time. It was very easy to set up the system. I spoke with Chris in the beginning, and he was more helpful than anyone that I had talked to at any of other companies. After multiple false alarms, I called and asked if we were doing something wrong or if it was a defective button. I couldn't ask for anybody to be any more helpful, and I got my new button today.

My mother-in-law has stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and it's getting close for her husband to work outside, so she wanted to feel safer in the house. Setting up the system was easy. Everything was packed in there; it was pretty simple. She hasn't had it that long, but the initial testing of the system was amazing. They were on the speaker with her right away and proceeded to check all the units. She's even able to go out without a problem.

My mother is 92 years old, so I purchased the service for her. I got it so she could get help even if I'm in the house and cannot hear her. We haven't had to use it yet but I'm so happy that I'm able to go out in public without a problem. The Sales Team was very good explaining everything. I've only had it about 6 months now and, although I haven't used it, it's always online ready for me to use. I purchased Mobile Help several years ago and since I love to travel a lot, it really has helped me. My family does not live nearby and I'm by myself so it is a good option for me, although I think it's a little expensive. The only thing I would suggest is to let your loved ones know where you are calling from, because I had to be rushed to the hospital once and they did not answer because it was midnight and they were receiving a call from Florida, while they live in another state. Other than that, I give them a 10 out of 10 stars.

Nobody is here to take care of me so I needed some kind of alert to have someone check on me because I tend to fall a lot. Their help lines have been very informative and willing to take a lot of time to settle any issues that I may have. The only problem I had was the connectivity, since I live away from an urban area, but I worked out that issue with them. I was looking for something for my father, something that would allow him to be anywhere and also allow him to do things he wants to do and Mobile Help was the best option on the market. It was very simple to set it up and the sales team was fine. I even recommended it to some friends for their parents. The time watch malfunctioned after 2 years because it got wet inside, so they sent a replacement the very next day. I think everything is excellent.

I had fallen a few times before so I was worried about that. I feel very safe now because wherever I go Mobile Help is there. It's a very good product and my children are happy with the fact that I have one because they don't worry as much about me or anything. I think it would be very important for everybody that is sick, or even people that are healthy to have it because it would save a lot of lives, regardless of their conditions. The only problem I have is, even though they send someone over real fast, they should answer a little bit quicker.

We never actually had the occasion to use Mobile Help because shortly after we purchased the equipment, the person we got it for had to go into a nursing home, however, it was very easy to set up and the instructions were good. I am getting pretty old and so there is a huge risk of taking a fall, so I decided to get a medical alert system. I have the GPS unit and the one that has 2 buttons. I heard about mobile help through a friend. I am satisfied because I had an incident where I accidentally pushed the button and they were right on it so I felt that they're doing their job just right. I feel more secure about that. I haven't had much experience with the sales team, but the equipment is super easy to use and I am satisfied with it.

Because I live alone, my kids decided that I should have a medical alert system. My daughter did some research and felt that Mobile Help's service and coverage was better, even though it is a little more expensive. My daughter ordered me a necklace for when I went to Texas, but I kept getting calls on my answering machine here in Boston asking if they got what they sent me. It wasn't the company's fault, but they were just making sure I was covered in Texas. Very persistent and diligent! 10 stars!

It makes me feel safe - I'm not scared anymore. It's just a wonderful device. Any old person, whether they're by themselves or not, can fall and not get up. So far so good! The first night my Dad had the device, he did fall and they called immediately. Also several follow-up calls before the night was over. They are very helpful and easy to talk with. Set up of my contact list got errors online. We had to go to plan B which was to dictate the contact list to a representative. She made several (non-critical) transcription errors which I have not taken the time to go back and fix. The wrist button is small for my wrist. It is a little tight even in the last hole of the strap. This makes it difficult to put on my right wrist (my watch is on my left) particularly with my slightly arthritic left thumb. Also, because the band is plastic (non-porous) it can get sweaty. It is too early (< 2 mo) to answer the optional answers later in this survey.

Customer service has been great. Takes a little to get used to the system, so we’ve had quite a few accidental calls but they were always nice. I couldn’t reach my mom one day so I called Mobilehelp and they spoke to the paramedics who were taking her to the hospital. My dad, who has dementia, had called 911 instead of Mobilehelp. Either way, the system worked
