It lasts one day then recharge. If you ask the people about it they say it last 3 to 4 days without having to charge it. If you read the booklet that comes with it it recommends charging it everyday. We had two new machines and either both of them are faulty or the people you ask them about it don't know what they are doing. But they are good to respond if they think something happened at home.

When I first started checking on mobile devices I got a hold of a lady in your company that explain to me what I could get but then when I said I wanted to check other places she got kind of high pressured and said oh well she would give me a bracelet she'd give me this and she'd give me that so I went with your company and got all of this stuff. In the meantime I found out that what I all I really needed and wanted was a pendant that would detect Falls and that I could wear the same pending outside not something that I had to change every set time I went out the door. I called and told him what I wanted and the man I talked to said well I'm surprised at the lady you talked to first of all didn't tell you that we have a pendant that has a GPS in it. I re-ordered just the pendant and it never showed up and found out that that package had gone to Texas. So I called again and they said that they would send it to me and have it within three days it didn't arrive so I called again and the lady I got a hold of said that it had never been sent but she was going to send it overnight and this woman the last woman that I got a hold of her was wonderful she Explained a lot of things to me help me understand more things than I had heard before. If it had not been for her I would've sent everything back to your company and re-ordered from somebody else. I can't tell you how much she help me. I was also charge for an upgrade and when I told her that she said that should've been a downgrade but so far I have not seen any refund on the stuff that I sent back. Because of all this I probably would not very highly recommend your company to other people.

I have the all in one pendant and it works well. I like that it has GPS, fall alert and 2 way speaking. It was affordable and when I have accidently bumped it, I received a quick response. I like that I can take it when I travel out of state and wear it on the shower. If I have had questions, customer service was very helpful.

Its great having a peace of mind. Got this system for my Grandparents. They gladly wear it every day. I like that I can set it up to get notifications if the mobile help is activated and it also lets me know if its a false push. It also is able to give me their location if a medical emergency does arise.

I bought MobileHelp for my parents after my mom had a pretty bad fall. The people on the phone were really nice and helpful. The equipment was super easy to set up and understand. There is always a friendly voice at the other end. Luckily we have not needed them yet but during the set up process and going through getting used to wearing the pendant and watch we have made a couple non-emerent calls and they are always super helpful and reassuring! Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is I wish the response time was a little faster.

Every time I have had occasion to contact them with queries they have answered my questions fully and most satisfactorily. The unit is easy to wear and keep charged. Good product. I feel safe wearing it. Two suggestions: device is "bulky" and hopefully could be "streamlined" to a smaller, less bulky unit. Also would like it is white instead of the black. Service is very attentive. I am surprised battery only lasts for two days, rather than the four days promised. Fall detection seems at times "hypersensitive" and reacts with slightest down movement. Having said all this, I feel safe with this program

Our family switched to Mobile Help for all their features. My mother in law, who is 83 and has dementia, fell. She had her fall necklace on which detected the fall. Tex were sent to all family members and emergency help was sent. Very happy with the response.

I have had several occasions where some action on my part have caused the button to notify Mobile Health of an issue. Each time the button performed as it should. Staff answered in 2-3 minutes. I apologized each time. Unfortunately, I fell twice and the pendant did nothing. I am clumsy due to a history of strokes. I don't know why the alert did not function. Both falls were hard and should have triggered the system. Fortunately I was not unconscious and could have called for help.

Very easy to sign up and very helpful sales staff to determine what type of equipment was needed after having problems with two other companies. This is our first experience with Kneiding this type of equipment for my 100 year old mother. Our home does not have a solid Internet service on the second floor, nor do we have wired phone jacks on the second floor. I had no idea there were so many different types of equipment, all requiring a different power connection requirement for each type of equipment.

It started out rocky because after I had Mobile Help for two or three days AT&T was transforming their local tower from three gigs to five gigs and it screwed everything up. But Mobile Help was very diligent and helpful and everything turned out just fine and they are doing a marvelous work.

I really like not having to have a base unit. It is truly mobile and I have coverage everywhere that I go. It is also a great value compared to other plans. The fall detection is an important feature to have and it really does work. I bent over a little too quickly and it thought that I had possibly fallen. The Mobile Help system saved my uncle’s life. He fell last year, hit his head and fractured a shoulder. It is very responsive to every move. I set it down on a hard surface and apparently it was a little faster and harder than intended, a sweet voice told me a fall had been detected. It told me to push the button if there was no fall. I did and no EMS came. I feel very confident I am being monitored and am safe.

The response to the button being pushed is very quick. Almost immediately the operator is talking from the base. If they don't hear anyone answering they immediately call the phone numbers that we have set up. If they talk to my mom and paramedics are being called they immediately call me to make sure I'm aware. Very reliable.
