I find the response is too slow 90% of the time. It goes on and on and on and on before someone comes on the phone. Yes, when customer service has tested it, it seems to be shorter. I have to come out of the shower and stand on the mat and be very cold before someone comes on that phone. I just don't like it, understand it can go off but almost every day in the shower. I have taken it off recently as my showers have become torture. In addition, if I go out and take the mobile unit with me or I'm not near the unit at home and must put it closer to me, I have had the battery run low the I can't take a shower without it going off even though I make sure spray is not hitting it.

Within 2 weeks of the set up of our unit, help was on the way! My uncle had fallen, spraining his ankle. Everything happened that Mobile Help claimed would happen. Phone calls were made and received, and help was on the way in moments. Thank you Mobile Help!

Friendly service and good prices. We're new with this service and fortunately haven't had to use the alert but they were friendly and helpful in the phone. The pricing was better than the previous company and testing the equipment went well. It's very easy to set up and you don't have to have a land line.

I love the GPS and wrist units. The fall button does not work for me. It went off a couple of times and the paramedics were dispatched before I could get back to the unit in the house and tell them it was a mistake. I just wear the GPS so I can talk to them when I'm outside and don't have to run to the house.

Fall detection is very sensitive. I recently put my device on the counter and this detected a fall. The medical alert team called all my contacts and also called me. I told them it was an accident and that I was fine. A little while later there was a knock on my door and 6 emergency responders were standing there, EMT's, firemen, and a policeman. I don't know why everyone was called after they verified with me that there was no emergency and I was fine. It was good to know that my emergency response people are alert, but it was also very embarrassing.

I had a little bit of trouble getting ahold of somebody one time but that was just once. I haven't had any trouble since. I like that I can wear it in the swimming pool. The last one I had I couldn't. I know it works. I had it in my pocket and evidently I must have hit it with my hand somehow or whatever but the police officer came very quick.

The customer service is really good, they explain things to me about what I need. I don't dislike anything. I went walking to today and didn't wear sweater so I had to hold it in my hand and that was a little cumbersome but I managed and it does have a little clip on it but I couldn't pull it out enough to clip onto my pants.

The devices are not perfect but they are excellent value. I have had a couple of false alarms and people have called me back within three to four minutes and they were very kind about it. I haven't had any disasters but the thing you wear around your neck and wrist are super sensitive. Also you can see the neck one under my shirt or sweater. I wish there were a better system for wearable alarms but the mobile thing you carry with you is great.
