The one I wear around my neck is just fine, it has magnet closing so that is good. I don't wear the wrist button at all. The only time I've used customer support is when I was setting up and I didn't have a bit of trouble with them.

I'm 94 and I needed something. I had fallen and was stuck in the corner wasn't hurt and I had to call an ambulance. When I needed them, they were here. I like the little pendant I wear around my neck. It costs a bit but it is really worth it.

I wish all companies handled customer service they way they do. Everyone I have spoken to is wonderful. They not only know the information you are looking for but they relate to you as a person. The staff was able to explain very clearly the advantages of the system and why they are better than the competitors. The device seems advanced.

I always take it with me and I have it at home. I don't always put it on but I know exactly where it is and it's not far from me. I feel the technology behind it is excellent and I haven't had any problems with it. I think it is a fair value. It is easy to use. They person I called was very knowledgeable and very good. I highly recommend them.

I compared the three companies that are very popular and they seem to be the one that was easiest to manage. I would like it to be less expensive but if it saves my life it is worth every penny. Last Monday I was bowling and I accidentally pushed the button. They called my home unbeknownst to me because they could not hear in the bowling alley and they sent an ambulance to my home.

I ordered one different company and I paid for it and they never delivered it , they delivered it to the wrong place, so when I saw Mobilehelp on T.V, I called them. When I did call and asked questions, they answered. They give good service. When I push the button, there is a response. It is a little expensive.

So far I am pleased with it. It is a very reliable system. I had to use it one time, I was picking tomatoes and I didn't have my cell phone and she could not get in touch with me when she was feeling dizzy. She hit the panic button and they showed up within two minutes.

So far they've been alright. We've actually accidentally called a couple of times and they've been very nice about it. The salesman was not pushy, he just answered my questions. It made me feel very comfortable. I thought the price was very reasonable. It is not ugly. It's not difficult, it's very easy to set it up.

I had another one and I was dissatisfied with them and then the flyer came in the mail for mobile health so I signed up. The service reps have been extremely helpful and they were very polite and I appreciated that. It's a little bit expensive but I really needed it because I have taken some falls and it's not nice if you don't have help.

The first day I was wearing it and I went to sit down on the couch and the pendant swung out and it sort of dropped and within a few moments there were people knocking on my door because the alerts had gone off upstairs and I didn't realize it so they thought that I had fallen. The customer service sent the system to use very quickly when we ordered it so I know they're on the ball as far as getting things shipped out to you.

I haven't had to call often, but whenever I have called in, they've been very responsive. It gives some false alarm when I'm just sitting in a chair. For example, it will go off and I know how to cancel the alert, but I think it's prone to giving false alerts. Not every day, but at least once or twice a week.

I like the way they acted when I called in and they treated me well. It was 3 o'clock in the morning and I just had broken my shoulder the day before and I was home and I passed out on the floor and hit my head on the cement and had to call them and they came in right away and got me.

I hit the button by accident most of the time. They have immediate response and they are good about calling if they don't get a response from you. Getting the system up and running was really good. It's very sensitive and picks up things really easy.

I wear it all the time. I'm allergic to this sort of plastic and so I called him and they can make this device were it has a little felt pad on the back since it doesn't affect the quality of the use of it. That's the only complaint I had because I was allergic to it so I put a little round small band aid at to keep it from rubbing on my skin.

I'm very satisfied with them since I purchased it six months. They got me the help I needed and they emergency came within ten fifteen minutes and took me to a hospital very quickly. I was very impressed. They've always been nice to me when I call them. I had to call and have them change my emergency contact person and they're very knowledgeable and they very nice to me when I ask some questions and stuff. They answer correctly without having to look up information and stuff.

I ordered it from my mom and she has the GPS that allows her to and we have tried it as we've gone different places to see how well you know it works when she's traveling. It works. The device helps my mom feel secure and a little more confident living alone. Customer support has responded to all my questions and they call back when they say they will.

The reason I chose it was the price was pretty good and it had good reviews online. My dad wears it twenty four seven and a week or so ago he slipped in the middle of the night so none of us heard the phone or answered so the paramedics came got him up. It works and everything is good.

Easy to contact and equipment works well. Instructions easy to understand. However, "fall detection" alert is so sensitive, it has set off 6 times. 3 times I was able to cancel, otherwise it made the call and agents were totally polite and patient.

It was during the middle of the night and I couldn't get out of bed and I pushed the botton and the boy I called was a lifesaver. The device is very easy to use. Unfortunately it is very sensitive. A lot of times I've been getting calls because it's gone off. It notifies me but sometimes I don't answer and then it keeps going and then they want to send somebody. It's good and bad at the same time.

It has gone off and signals a warning that a fall may have happened which had to be canceled. It's very very very sensitive. It's responsive when you get a customer support person. They're the only ones who are going to help you. The other ones come on and want to konw if you are okay and naturally I say yes and it's only a false alarm and they pass me on to the customer service person to not have as many false alarms.

The customer service representative kept calling me to set things up because I needed a powercord. She's been very helpful as far as being persistent in trying to get me hooked up. I don't like the set up of charging it. It seems that there should be an easier way to charge it than just that one little black charger.

I wear my wrist watch all the time and I'm always sure that I have the little transponder the GPS with me when I leave the house. I have had things go off by accident and they are very responsive. They are immediately on the phone to know if you are all right.
