I haven't had an episode when I've needed it. I just like it, and what it's able to do for me, mainly in case I fall. I'm not really sure about the value yet, though. I first saw it through advertising on TV, but I've noticed that there are other ads there where I could get basically the same set up for about half the money.

I have some friends that have Mobile Help, and they say it was nice, so I thought I would like to have it. I think it's a wonderful product. They're always ready for you if you're hurt. They come whenever you call them. I mostly use it when I go to the doctor or the market or something.

I use the little thing around my neck. Sometimes I even wear it at night, depending on how my chest feels. I wear a defibrillator, and I was questioning whether the pendant might be causing it to act up, because sometimes I have unexpected chest pains. When I move the device away from it, the pains stop. I'd like to hear back from them about that. I've never had to use their customer support yet, except that I have called the people to set it up and all that. I'm glad to be able to have it because I've thought about getting one for a long time. I like the light on my mobile help little indicator thing, so it's helpful at nighttime. If I'm walking through into the living room and it's dark out, I can see well, so that's a good thing. I have the system under a Medicaid waiver, and I've made recommendations about it to people I know.

My mom has had Mobile Help, and it's been good for her, so I got it, too. I just take the thing with me when I go out, and I haven't had to use it. I've been pretty good so far. They have a good attitude, and they talk to you right. They treat you well, and they get down to the point.

I wanted this for the convenience. I have not yet had to use it, but there's security knowing that I have it if I need to use it. It's comfortable and easy to use. Mobile Help had the options that we were interested in, and when the chips are down you've got to have somebody to call. My wife uses it mostly. She doesn't have it on everyday, but it's all set up here right in the living room. We haven't had any emergencies where we needed to use it, but it all seems to work fine.

I didn't check out anybody else, but it seems to be fine. I don't know whether I ought to recommend it, since I haven't had it that long. I've never had to use it, except by mistake. I don't know what happened; it was just sitting around and it went off while I was at home. They answered immediately, so I guess I have no problem with them.

I did a little research and it just seemed that it was best suited for what my aunt needed. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone on the first day was very helpful, and had all the answers I needed. It was very easy to set up, and it seems to be meeting my aunt's needs so far.

Mobile help was recommended to me by a friend. I've dropped the device a couple of times, or flipped it over my shoulder so my dog wouldn't jump on it and set it off, and that set it off anyhow. It just works great, though, getting a good response.

So far we haven't had to use it, the only problem we have is sometimes accidentally setting off one of the pendants on the neck, but they get to you quickly. I like the fall protection, which is what I got it for in the first place.

We got it after we saw a commercial for it on TV. My wife and I each have tended to hang it around our neck all the time, and we use it when we leave home, which is very important; we like the GPS factor. Everything's been super so far_'no problems. My number one reason to get this for my mother was because of the flexibility of being both mobile and being at the house, in one unit. I have not had to use it yet and it's actually only been on line for one week now, but we had good results from putting it in test mode. Their customer support during the ordering process was also very good.

Mobile Help was recommended to me by a friend. When I called up, I received the material within a day; I thought that was very good. The instructions for setting it up were rather simple. So far it seems just fine. I wear that thing around my neck, at night time when I go to sleep, and in the shower. Most of the time, I am wearing the watch. The thing I wear around my neck sometimes irritates it, and I wish the bracelet watch was a little smaller; I don't know if that's possible.

I fall all the time, and I needed something that would alert people that I have fallen, or that something happened to me, and would do so everywhere I went. when I fall, I can't get up. I don't have the strength to pull myself up so that's the main reason why I got one cause if I fall, I can get somebody. I trust mobile, and I know a lot of people, who mostly have mobile, and they really like it, so I decided to get a new one. My friend got one, and she just loved it.

We did some research on the computer and it looks like a better deal. You can take it out of the house; you can go anywhere with it. I mean, you can't ask any more than that, and it's easy to use. It's comfortable, you don't even know you've got it on around your neck. It's no problem.

I researched a few of them and it was less expensive than some of the others. I live with my daughter, and I only used it when she was out of town for one week. I'm just not particularly happy with it. I had an instance were I took the device off and laid it on the bed, and it detected a fall. At that particular time I happened to be near the base device, but otherwise I would not have heard when it said "fall detected" and that they were calling emergency responders. I could not understand what she said, because I didn't get a real person. All I got was a recording. if anything were to happen, I would like to have a real person respond rather than a recording. I finally figured out what to do, but I was not happy with that. I will be returning the device.

I haven't had an occasion to work with anyone except the sales force. They were quite helpful, because initially I was shopping for my mother, but since I'm 81 years old, I decided maybe I should get one for myself as well, so the people I talked with at the sales department were extremely helpful. Medical Guardian had 3 features that I like. First was that it has a wristband. Originally I was shopping for my mother, and I knew she did not like a pendant around her neck. Second, I was looking for something she could wear in to the the shower. They had both of those features, and then they also have the GPS feature, which I thought was excellent. I wear the wristband all the time, but I fortunately have not had an occasion to use it. Unfortunately, the wristband is terrible, in that it doesn't stay fastened properly. It keeps popping up, and I don't want that at all. Also, the case that they provide to carry the little GPS device with you is too bulky and clumsy. Another thing I objected to for a long time was having their key lock box on my door, but after talking with some of their sales people I became reconciled to it as a necessary part of the security that I need for the service, and so I just got it done and put the lock box on the door, and don't think about it anymore. I don't know that it's worth what they're charging me, but I think it's comparable to the other companies. I paid for it for a year. Since I have gotten mine, I found several of my friends who have exactly the same thing, and they're pleased. I'm pleased, too, overall, and I would recommend it to a friend.

We got it based on my neighbor's recommendation. We've only had it for a few months and it's been comfortable. the only negative to it is that taking a shower with it on, the nylon cord gets wet. The only time we've used it is when my wife accidentally triggered it, and Mobile Help responded. I answered the call that my wife was okay. They said it was fine, thank you, and that was it. It seemed to be very quick and responsive.

I wanted to try the mobile out in the city, for its ability to transmit for help. I have not had to intentionally use the device, and I no longer wear it in the house because it sends false calls so easily. Their people have been very responsive and tried to help, but it is extremely sensitive, and the button is flush with the surrounding equipment, so it is very easy to have false calls, and I have had a number of them. The company is really great but their equipment has some drawbacks.

I needed to upgrade my station so it would pick up signals better, and that's how I ended up with Mobile Help. So far I've only used it just to test it. I've told a friend about it, but I don't know if she uses it or not. They've helped me when I've called, but I don't like the medical alert device. I don't like that if you wear the watch device, you also have to wear another medical signal device anytime you go outside, away from the station. I'd like one that you could just hang over your neck that would have the whole thing built into a single piece.

Someone recommended it to me and I got it for my mother. She has it wrapped around her neck, so she can't lose it. I compared different services on the web and this one seemed like the best one out there. Sometimes it takes a little while for them to answer and the voice that comes from the device is a bit muffled. It's still a good system though. We've never used it, but it's a comfort to have it here. Now, since my wife has someone with her 24/7, we don't really need it anymore.
