Battery on necklace requires too frequent charging. The system seems difficult for us to use. Did not come with a base station which is confusing since all of the insructions point to that. We will be returning the equipment.

It's very bulky and black. I'm still very active, but if I dress in a round neck blouse to go out It's very ugly on my dressy clothes. It seems to work well, but I hate wearing it when I go out. When the weather gets better it will be worse.

I believe my mother is frustrated by the device sensitivity. She still wears it mostly but she says if she even bumps it a little it starts send someone and she feels she has to try and run to the box to tell them she is ok.

I was quoted a price by an agent and when I received the actual invoice it was different. It took 4 agents and hours of conversation to finally get it resolved. I was promised by the first 3 agents that I would received follow up calls. Only the 4th agent actually did this. It was an extremely frustrating experience.

Taking 31 days to refund a client from the day they receive the equipment back when your loved one has passed away is absurd. And that is after having to pay expedited shipping out of your own pocket to return the equipment. The 31 days does not include shipping time OR the time it takes for the funds to go back on your card. 31 days is MobileHelp's "processing period".

They took my aunts credit card and put it under my grandmother's name. When my grandmother passed they issued a reembursement check in my dead grandmother's name and have given my aunt the run around about their mistake and giving her money back. Horrible company. My grandmother has been dead for over a month and my aunt is still fighting with them to get her money back.

If given the option, I would give this company zero stars. Mobile Help does not offer services in other languages (i.e. Spanish, Mandarin). When I purchased the device, I was assured that a mandarin speaking operator would be available to pick up in case of the fall. This has not been the case. When speaking to customer care team, I was notified that this was never an option, rather the operator will have the "option" but will not necessarily seek a translator. I would not recommend this company for individuals whose primary language is not English.

Hi Elaine. We are sorry to hear about any misunderstanding or confusion in regard to other languages offered. Emergency response staff provides Spanish bilingual operators and additionally they respond to alarms involving languages other than English through an interpreting service from LanguageLine, which provides interpreting for more than 240 languages.

A full conversation is not necessary to get help. Once the button is pressed, unless it is clean that no help is needed, help will be sent.

Hope this clears up any confusion on how this works.

I purchased a medical alert system for one full year from Mobile Help for my mother on Oct. 14 2019. She passed away and I returned the equipment and cancelled her service on June 7 2020. I had 1/3 year + 7 days left on the service agreement, this is 131 days of the year not used. I was refunded less than half of the amount owed to me. Could not talk with any persons in the accounting department, just representatives that did not help me resolve my issue. Very frustrating and displeased with Mobile Help.

He was busy and impatient. I didn’t think of it as support. It was a quick lecture and impatience at any questions I had. My profession is training, and I do know when a trainer is invested in the product and the trainee. He just wanted to get off the phone. I’m not sure but I think he hung up on me.

I had a technical issue with the supplies that were sent. I called, and the person who answered the phone referred me to the tech dept. He must of been having a bad day because he was not helpful. I told him that I didn't like his tone, and that I would hang up which is what I did. I'm new to this service, and haven't needed the service of an emergency yet. I hope when I do that the response will be efficient and friendly. Too soon as ask when a customer like me is new.

The device has to be charged daily and the device necklace connection is of poor quality and comes unhooked a lot. The device itself is bigger and bulky in comparison with other companies. Shopping for another company.

We had MobileHelp for our mother who lived alone. On occasion, we tested the necklace to make sure it was working. It tested fine. Until the day our mother needed to press the button... it DID NOT WORK !! Mobile Help had nothing to say except offer their condolences. If you are looking for a company to assist your loved one in case of an emergency, DO NOT get MOBILEHelp !! They have an inferrer product and can NOT be trusted with your loved ones life !!!
