The pendant can get in the way when I take off my seatbelt and other movements. It's easy to accidentally press the button. But I understand the need and I wear it every day but not when I'm sleeping. It's right on my night stand and I don't forget it.

I HAVE A CONCERN WITH THE SIGNAL BEING SO SENSITIVE. I THINK I WOULD DO BETTER WITH A WRIST BAND. This device registered a "fall" when it merely touches a surface. I like the fast response from the team when it does send a signal.

I have a small complaint that may or may not make a difference as to whether I continue with MobileHelp. I am having difficulty hearing the individuals when they speak to me. I have the volume up as far as it will go. I last spoke with a person from near the unit but what if I am in another room. Is there anything that can be done to make the volume coming from your end louder.

PROS: Compact size. Customer service very nice. The option of cancelling a false alarm without issues. CONS: Fall detection sensitivity very easy to set it off just by certain movements. No adjustment for sensitivity.

It let me know when battery was low by voice, e-mail & notification on my phone. I'm still learning all the features. It seems to me that the battery does not last a full day & that concerns me. I'm active from 5:00 am to about 8:00 pm. Maybe it is something I'm not aware

I like the fact that I have multiple buttons, even one in the bathtub. When I needed help doing the testing, the attendant was very helpful. She didn't get upset at my mistake, and explained what I did wrong.

Too many devices to learn about at once. I just need the base station and the mobile device. I was not told that I did not have to get the wall button, wrist button, and lock box. I am paying for these but not using them. The lights on the base station and mobile device when on the charger are much too bright at night. I cannot sleep with the bright lights on so I cover both at night now only to learn that this is not a good idea because it blocks the sound system.

That sent the wrong equipment the first time. It was corrected the second time except the door lock had the wrong code. So now they are sending a new door lock. So let's see what happens the third time. I did talk to technical support and they were very supportive. A plus for technical support.

The lanyard is very heavy and too long. I have to keep the device inside my shirt or else the "fall alert" alarm goes off whenever I bend over to pick something up from the ground. I've fortunately had no occasions to use the alarm, but do feel more secure when I'm wearing it and going outside on the ice of my driveway.

My parents through Veterans Care sent a check Aug 4, it is 3 weeks and they have not recd their devices. I verified the amount, the address and name were correct. I have called 10 times as well as leaving messages for the CEO and President. I talked to Karemasha and Mykia, who told me the mail is 3 weeks delayed. I was told I could not talk to management because the office was closed due to covid and someone will try to go in the office and pick up mail. I cannot get help and I cannot get my parents their device. Please do not tell me to call back into customer service or billing. I need a person that cares

My mother passed away less than 7 months after receiving MobileHelp's equipment and service. The equipment was returned as instructed, and they confirmed receipt of same. According to the web site, "You may receive a prorated refund, based on the non discounted monthly rate, after we receive your complete system." Because of a discounted monthly rate that I had prepaid for a year, they refused to issue any rebate.

I was happy with the system until I returned the equipment. I was told I would receive a pro-rated refund. When I heard nothing after returning the equipment, I was then told that because I was already receiving a discounted price on the equipment, I would NOT be receiving any refund. This is NOT what I was assured by two other representatives, first upon considering the equipment with a sales person, and second when I called about returning the equipment. Be sure you read the fine print and don't rely on what you are told be the sale rep!

I have twice tested the fall detection and it did not alarm. On another test,, it took a long time, I would say five or six minutes, before someone responded. When I complained about the slow response she became quite defensive. When I was having issues with my neck pendant lanyard, it took three shipments before they sent the correct lanyard, the first time sending me the exact same lanyard I had the issue with in the first place. But tonight was the last straw. It wasn’t until the third time that I tested the fall detection by dropping the pendant on the floor before it finally alarmed. “Fall detected, contacting emergency responders” repeated over and over for close to ten minutes while the ring of the pendant in the charging cradle was circling red and then suddenly it turned green (the normal charging status) and stopped announcing an emergency. After about another five minutes, while the ring remained green, I got a response to my emergency test. I was totally confused as to what had just occurred and explained the situation to the responder. She became rude and said that there was no record of my alert earlier. If that were the case, why did she respond now in the first place? The more I tried to explain what had happened, I became more and more frustrated as she became even more nasty and rude. I guess I’m just unlucky seeing how virtually every other review reflected a very positive experience. I just called Medical Guardian and, after being treated with courtesy and respect, signed up with them. Once I get my new equipment, it will bring me relief and joy to be rid of Mobile Help for good.

Equipment was returned on 09/09/20. I received an email confirming it was received by MH on 09/16/20 and to allow 30 days to process any “pro-rated credits to your bank”. Having heard nothing and passing the 30 day mark, on 10/27/20 I called and spoke to Rod at MH who informed me that indeed the equipment had been received on 09/16/20, but I was not due any refund. I questioned this as my 12 month contract expired 01/16/21 (I prepaid a year in advance) so that left 4 months on the contract. I asked to speak to a supervisor as this hardly seemed fair. Rod said he would have someone call me back. On 11/03/20 I received a call from Alex at MH who stated that some of the info Rod had given me was correct and some was incorrect. He stated I was due a refund of $49.90 which is the non promotional prorated amount due. He said the refund would be processed today and to allow 7-10 days to receive the refund. On 11/30/20 I again called and spoke to Jacquira who stated there was a credit of $49.90 on my account. I questioned this as my “account” was closed and equipment returned.I explained my 11/03/20 call to Alex and she put me on hold while she checked into it. She returned to the phone and said that she would expedite the refund and I should receive it in a few days. On 12/14/20 I again called as I had not received a refund. I spoke to Shawn and was told the check was mailed 12/11/20 and to allow 3-5 business days to receive. Not exactly “expedited” as I was told on 11/30/20. Check was received on 12/23/20. Customer service prior to purchase was wonderful. Calls were promptly returned and questions answered. After purchase, upon return of equipment (which was no longer needed as my mother entered a nursing home) customer service was non existent. I was given misinformation time and time again and felt totally disrespected by some of the agents. I realize $49.90 is not a great deal of money, but it is not about the money. It is about the lack of knowledge of your agents and the sheer fabrication of facts. I hope I never have to experience this again and would not recommend Mobile Help to anyone.

Pleased with the reliability of dispatchers, and quality of equipment. However, the "fall detection" feature does not seem to work with any dependability. My husband fell 4 times without detection, yet the device reported a fall once when he did NOT fall. Although I was assured the company would refund the $60 paid for 6 months of fall detection, the company pro-rated the refund. Otherwise, I would have scored them higher for trustworthiness.

Took 3 three calls to get a return call. our base & necklace kept going off & we nor cust. serv. could get them both off, took several calls to get it done. we held the base & the necklaces down for 20 sec. like told & still would not go off for us. also the first day we got two odd people come over on the base itself had noting to do with Mobile Help.

Nice people to speak with however the product did not meet my father's need. Equipment slow in answering when you push the button to call for help. Took 45 seconds then they would have to ask what the problem was and get info then they had to call 911. I could call 911 on my phone faster.

I'm still in the evalutaion stage. I set it off by mistake wearing the fall button around my neck so now I'm wearing the bracelet. I take the speak part with me when I go out and wear the necklace. It would be better if the bacelet had the GPS and ffall detection as well but it doesn't.
