I tried to use it this morning but it wouldn't work. I pushed the button 2 or 3 times but I didn't get any response. I have the wristband, the necklace and the thing that I have to carry if I go to the grocery store or somewhere. It's supposed to work no matter where I go. It doesn't do me any good if it doesn't work though. I might cancel it.

However, you can call back the same number that called you informing you of an emergency for updates on the alarm.
