Because they are liars and thieves. Ordered for my brother and he passed away before being released from nursing home. I returned equipment in unopened box with their return label. They was supposed to refund 2 of the 3 months I prepaid. They lied and said it was wrong equipment fo they did not pay the refund.

I think that they should either call you or have someone come to your home to tell you what all the equipment is. You're kind of in a blind spot, they just send it to you in a box and you put it up yourself.
