Last week it kept going off at like midnight about six times and they kept calling me. I deactivated the service and someone was supposed to call me after the twelve hours and no one ever calls so I had to call them, I'm sending it back, I'm not happy with it at all.

When I was testing it, it took over five minutes for the answer. I didn't think it was that prompt. I like the lock box with a key outside that the alert team can get into the house.
