Unhappy customer

Ordered & told them not to contact the person. Was a birthday gift & they called him the next week. Then they kept calling him & sending mail harassing him. Never opened the box & canceled the service. Very unhappy with this company. Would never recommend them.

Thank you for your feedback. Are you wearing a fall detection pendant? If so, we do not recommend wearing those to bed because they can cause false alarms when you move around in your sleep.
