Elderly people use Mobile. Why can't you send paper statements? they don't know how to go on a computer! My mother's 80 and she expected a paper statement for the bill. She doesn't know how to call, go online to set up ongoing payments

The range is short. If I go some where, I have to remember to take the speaker with me. I had one that picked up anywhere, and all I had to do was put it on the charger.

My main complaint is that is has to charge almost every night. Also when it went off when I hadn’t fallen, I had pressed the button without knowing, they sent the firemen, which was not great.

It only works in my home and the immediate area. It is a little use to me if they only work here. When I feel, they did contact the police eventually to take me to the hospital.
