I don’t like that they never told me the details about what needed to be done before I got it. I didn’t know for a month that I have to take the GPS with me and I dislike doing it.

The range is short. If I go some where, I have to remember to take the speaker with me. I had one that picked up anywhere, and all I had to do was put it on the charger.

My main complaint is that is has to charge almost every night. Also when it went off when I hadn’t fallen, I had pressed the button without knowing, they sent the firemen, which was not great.

It only works in my home and the immediate area. It is a little use to me if they only work here. When I feel, they did contact the police eventually to take me to the hospital.

They misspelled my name. I would not sign. Someone else signed my name misspelled. They keep sending document for me to sign daily. They made me pay 3 months in advance. If I knew they would not correct my name I would not have taken it out. I don't think anyone knows what is going on
