If you bend over a slight bit, it goes off. I was told you could use it in a shower. Well how do you wash your legs if you can't bend forward. Also when I went to get a pan out of my lower cabinet it went off. I have it sitting on the cradle, I'm afraid to use it because the slightest forward movement will trigger it.

It is constantly alerting "Fall detected" when it hasn't moved, much less had an reason to alert. Very embarassing when it happens while you are transacting business. Device has been replaced once already.

I when with this company because of the features they offer, Living hours from my mother I find peace in know that if something happened to her MobileHelp can summons 911 right away. I also love the feature that if the unit is activated I get a text message right away.

Because it has to be charged every 48 hours, not 4 days. It would wake me up during the night telling me to charge it, which means I wasn't covered some nights. I liked the product except for that.
