Because it did not work in my area, they where really nice, now I am waiting for my refund, I have sent units back to company and I have to wait up to 30 days for refund that is just not right.

If ZERO stars were an option, I would give them that. To date, they have charged us $1,400 for a system that wouldn't work, and have refunded less than $300 of that. Half of those charges are for a "lost" unit that they never once told us needed to be returned. We have spent MONTHS attempting to be patient with them, and get some kind of system set up. But, because of their incredibly poor customer service, we are going with someone else. DO NOT waste your time or money with this company, unless you plan on haggling for weeks on end over mistakes they have made.

I got this system for my Mom. we found that it took around 6 to 21 rings for the calls to be answered while testing the unit. The reasons for this was always something we did wrong, they said. When it came time to renew for another year, they would not take NO for the answer, they demanded I give them my new account number and got nasty with me on the phone. Not a reliable company, would not recommend.

I have had the most horrible experience with this company. I ordered a unit and told it was $39.95 per month. Within 5 minutes my visa was charged $600.00US. When I contacted them I was told it's a deal, buy 8 months get 2 free! Oh great deal! I immediately cancelled my order. The company sent out a unit anyway and now want me to pay to return it. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Beware

Great marketing->Poor design: we got Medical Guardian for a 99year old family member who would only wear a wrist band trigger. The MG wrist band trigger is like a boat anchor (in size & weight) on this little lady-she could not wear it. Be advised: you take delivery of this system you pay for 3 months whether you realize on day 1 it will work or not. There are better designs and price packages out there we did find.

Medical Guardian is the company of crooks. My husband was additionally charged 648 USD, in addition to the invoice of 508 USD they emailed. And despite the fact that he contacted the Medical Guardian and asked them to return the money, in fact they proceeded and took the money from his bank account. He had to apply to other institutions to get his money charged for nothing back. Thus be careful with very patient guys who talk nicely with you on the telephone and then steal your money in the middle of the day. UNBELIEVABLE! And this company is rating No. 1! What an idiotism!

I signed up with this company and stupidly paid a year in advance. I did not like any of the pendants or the charger. When I called to complain and cancel, I was told that I was contractually obligated to pay them 2 months service. This is the company that advertises No Contracts. The customer service reps was arrogant and rude. They charged me $102.18 to cancel.

Product did not work. Pressing the button did work, fall detection did NOT work. When I called the company, after my wife had a terrible fall that resulted in her rolling down our driveway and the fall detection NEVER activated and no call for help was made, the company defended the unit and said it was working as designed. There was no mention of maybe we can check the unit, maybe it is faulty, maybe we can send a replacement - NOTHING. Just "the unit is operating as designed and there is no problem with it. Needless to say, we no longer use this service.

I am not very satisfied with the service. I paid for a whole year, and I don't know when it stops. Using it wasn't all that difficult. When I leave home I sometimes forget to put the device on the charger so it dies. Sometimes I forget to take it with me altogether. I give it a 4.

The first representative I talked to had the address wrong in the client and billing fields. The second person guaranteed me she would fix it. She only fixed the client field. The third person finally got it right. The first person I talked to told me I could use the device outside my home. That was also wrong with the plan I had chosen. You need to improve your customer services. The customer service person I talked to when I activated the devices was knowledgeable and pleasant.

The lockbox was programmed with the wrong combination. It was one digit off from the last four digits of the phone number, which will create confusion. I called customer support and was told that a replacement lockbox would be shipped asap. After a day and a half with no shipping confirmation, I called customer support. I was told that the lockbox would be shipped yesterday. I still have not received shipping confirmation.

And when he fell last week, I was never contacted nor was 911 because they were calling the wrong contact person! Although they made corrections, apologized profusely, and gave a year's credit to his account, the outcome could have been tragic!

While trying to start up my new service, I had to press the button 6 or more times. Each time, someone would come on and ask what my emergency was. At the same time, the man on the phone was giving instructions. I only have the use of one hand and it was getting quite frustrating after the 6th attempt. Here's hoping it goes smoother from here.

Nothing on my order was correct. Directions were not followed, wrong items sent. Subsquent calls to sales person address issues\only resulted in another mistake (wrong items) being sent AGAIN. This seriously makes me question how your company would handle a real emergency. I regret that I selected your company.

Inquired about receiving a credit due to the fact that my system was never activated because my parents require coverage 24 hours 7 days a week. I was informed that a credit was being issued for $353 , I received my VISA statement and the amount is only $279.60. Very disappointed with your action, does your company need the $79.40 that bad. I certainly would think that you people would allow exceptions with different circumstances. I don't understand why I was told one thing with the final outcome being different.

Despite cancelling service end of July, returning equipment, supplying tracking info, calling, emailing and now being required to fax, we are still having cost taken out of our account! Now the customer service rep says she has to turn it over to investigative team! How about you return our money and own your error. I just notified bank these are UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWALS
