When I received my product in the mail and put it through the test you ask us to do the necklace would not pass the fall test. We tried it several times, so I informed the company ands they said a new necklace would be sent out right away and when I receive it to mail back the defective one in the postage paid envelope that would come with the new necklace. We'll I have yet to see the new necklace in the mail I even reached out to you a second time.

What I dislike about it is that when the device is fully charged it only lasts for a couple of days. Then it take hours for it to fully recharged. It is not user friendly.

Called in to activate like the card in the box had to say, and had to deal with not one rude person but two of them. Spent over a grand at this place in less than 2 months and have to put up with rude people and unanswered emails! VERY VERY VERY DISAPOINTING!!
