When I received my product in the mail and put it through the test you ask us to do the necklace would not pass the fall test. We tried it several times, so I informed the company ands they said a new necklace would be sent out right away and when I receive it to mail back the defective one in the postage paid envelope that would come with the new necklace. We'll I have yet to see the new necklace in the mail I even reached out to you a second time.
