We needed a response one time. We held the button as instructed. When I received no response I phoned 911. The ambulance was at my door with EMTs in my house before I had any response from Guardian. We are dealing with repeated life threatening heart issues. That timing is unacceptable."

Because when my mom needed you, the guardian did not work. She was on the floor for 4 hours until I got there and called 911. Her device won't hold a charge and we requested a new charger and was sent the incorrect device 3 times. Its rediculous.

I dislike that you have to carry one around your neck and then you have to carry the other one wherever you move. One goes off all the time because you cannot clip it anywhere safely.

The rubber watch band is missing the square loop thing that can move up or down, the watch band loops into it. Medical Guardian says they can't replace the black rubber watch band itself, they have to send a new button too for $75, can't just send the cheap rubber part. I'm shopping around for another company after that customer service failure.
