My children bought it for me and I just wear it. I do think that my device is not right, it always wants to be charged. Maybe it's not charging the way it's supposed to or something, but when I come home from physical therapy, it always starts yapping that I need to charge it. Today I actually had to do that and it has been there in the charger for a while. The only time I've used it was by accident, when I bumped the neck piece against a cabinet. They called me and I had to let them know that it had been an accident.

I haven't had to use it yet, but I had a lot of problems setting it up and installing it. It took almost two weeks to get it up and running. I also expected them to be more involved in their work, I was disappointed when they sent me the information without the enclosed return prepaid. I had to ask them twice to get that.

I've had the device for about 3 weeks. I haven't really had the chance to use it, though one time it detected a fall while I was getting dressed. I waited for them to call me for about 3 minutes and when they didn't I called them back. Apparently they didn't detect a call, so I was very confused. The device itself is too big I have to charge it, which I don't think should be the way it works. Other than that, customer service has always been very formal and pleasant whenever I pretend to call them.

I decided to go with them because it is affordable. So far, I've been with Medical Guardian for a month and a half, and the occurrence has been good. I tested once and it took a little longer than expected to come back so I'm hoping that it doesn't take that long when I have an emergency, other than that I haven't really had a problem.

My son has a medical condition, so we purchased this service for him. He wasn't very pleased with the response time. It took them several rings to answer, and he has seizures, so if they don't answer right away, they're not going to be able to talk with him at all. They should answer within 1 or 2 rings.

My wife falls, so we got the Duo base unit and the GPS unit online. We know it works really good because we accidentally got the button pushed and EMT's came to her aid, so we know it works fine. It's very good to use.
