I'm not satisfied with the service at all. They sent me something that doesn't work. I have a pendant with a blue dot, but if you push it nothing happens. They offered to take off one month fee but that's not good for me. I've had such a negative experience.

I have fallen once since using the Medical Alert and it did not respond of cause a reaction. This is the second questionnaire I have responded to and whatever AI system you are using has not given me reassurance that someone really cares!

Even though I’ve had a few false alarms I dislike the time it takes to reach an actual responder. Would it be that long of a wait in a real emergency? Also at the time I paid for my plan I paid for it over the phone and I was hung up on which made me feel like this company was a scam. I guess it’s not because it actually works it just takes long but that was still a weird experience. Now there’s been a price increase in my plan. I need an affordable service that’s why I’m still a customer at least for now.

I like and recommend everything except the billing department. I originally received my first equipment and when I got it and read the instructions, I realized that I could not install that particular one. I called and explained the problem and it was determined that I needed to send the original one back and get the other one that isn't connected by my landline. I sent it back when I received the right one and they confirmed that they received it back. Ever since then, they keep billing me $119.00 for the first one even though they confirmed that they received. They keep failing to credit me the $119.00 and constantly call me saying that I owe them the money. I am getting tired of the continued calling and them saying that I owe them even though I explain to them what happened. They say they will do an investigation. What is there to investigate? They confirmed they got the equipment back. I am getting tired of their constant calling and threatened to send back the equipment and go with another company. They can report me to the credit bureaus if they want to but I am NOT paying that money. I have a credit score of over 800 but I really don't care if it affects my credit score. We'll see what happens but I am tired of them calling me.

The service is wonderful. I paid for a year in advance including the breakage insurance. The downside is they charged my credit card $15.00, without my permission, 6 months into the one year contract for what they said was "Pricelock guarantee". I now have trouble trusting them.

I made an inquiry about your Medical Alert system. I received the information that I needed. Being in sales myself for the majority of my working career, I expected a follow-up call. I got one the next day. I thanked the person who called, and told them I was not in a position to make a purchase decision as yet, and I would call when I was. Over the next several days, without a break, I received follow-up calls from Medical Alert, on several days, I received two calls in one day. Several days ago, when I received the second call in one day, I told the caller that if anyone from Medical Alert calls me again, I would never buy anything from Medical Alert...Never!!! No one has called me since. Which is good.

I filled out on online request for information, as I am in the process of gathering some comparative information. Since doing that, I have received multiple phone calls daily from different representatives, all of them with different contact numbers. I just picked one to call back & got the information I needed; I advised I would be making a decision in the near future, so not sure why I'm still getting calls. Hopefully, I don't have to call each individual phone number back & do the same thing.

Service was great. My only complaint was for some reason they started billing my credit card account while still sending paper bills that were paid by check. I'm still waiting to be fully reimbursed for all of the money. Can't say enough for the service, very quick and professional.

Have upgraded my Medical Alert recently. I was traveling and 2 calls came to my niece that my battery back-up was low. I called when I got home, unplugged the unit like instructed and within 5 days I had a solid green light. I appreciate keeping me in the loop.

Since I got Medical Alert, I have fallen 4 times. The device has never gone off. each fall has been on hardwood floors or concrete. It is clearly useless as a fall detector.
