My friend who used this service had to pay her regular bill. She did that but the company moved its HQ and never received her check. The company never told her they were moving. It was a chaotic situation for about 2 weeks to get it all straightened out. My friend had to cancel her original check and write the company a new one. We were very displeased with the customer service. However, we stuck with the company and since then things have run more smoothly.

I like that is does not have to be charge and they are always prompt and it seems to work really well and quickly the couple of times we have tested it. I dislike that they don’t talk through the pendant, you have to hear them from the box.

If there is something to dislike it is that it is maybe too sensitive with the fall protection. There have been some false activations. They are quick if the alert is activated. They call almost immediately.

They’ve responded to any phone call I make. I like the security of knowing it is here, though I don’t know if they can hear my voice when I am in the shower and the alarm goes off so I will check that out to see if my voice carried to the machine to tell them if I need help or if it is a false alarm.

My dad was laying down and when he got up he hit it by accident and they responded right away. He didn't understand what was going on but they called me right after and I was able to talk to a monitor and felt comfortable that when I'm not around they would understand and pick up. I don't know if it's working or not. I think the technicians or somebody should be contacting the person that has the system a little bit more to make sure that everything's working properly and we can test the system properly. We had some issues getting the information to me on the internet and they couldn't do it so finally they had to mail me a letter and it was really confusing.

I don't like it around my neck, it chokes me. They keep bugging me and calling me and wanting to sell to me and I've already bought from them. It's gone off a couple of times on its own in the shower so that's not good. I think that the rope on the necklace should be a leather rope instead of a cloth rope because when you get out of the shower to continue to wear it yo uhave to wait for the cloth rope to dry. And I think the watch you wear around your wrist shouldn't be plastic becasue it sweats.

As for the help buttons, if you have a standard neck pendant, you can always put any necklace or chain on that you would prefer. If you have the fall button, we can go over ways to limit false alarms, give us a call! The wrist button is made of silicon. If the band does not suit you, you can always change it to any standard watch band that fits your needs better. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance!
