I do not use, bought for my sister, she accidentally turned it on once but was able to stop it. I think she feels safer with it( she is not buying feel at least she can get help) gives me a bit of peace of mind . She has fallen and has broken both legs, wishi had gotten sooner.

They are wonderful when you are in the home but things have advanced so much that it would be nice to have protection away from home too with a click of a button. I wish they could have a wrist band that could allow that.
When I needed an ambulance, they responded more efficiently then 911 dispatcher.

They're right on the job and they come promptly and check on you. It's wonderful. I usually test it every couple of weeks and on Sunday I was at lunch and I guess I touched it accidentally. I was at a restaurant and the responder came on and he even checked my home and everything and I wasn't there. They knew where to find me and came to see if I was okay and I really appreciate that. I didn't fall one night, I just tumbled over and they were here immediately so I think it's a great device to have you know. My experience has been great. They're always prompt and come right away.
I've used it twice by accident. I hit the thing in the water and they came out here in the middle of the night to rescue me. It worked great.
Anytime I have a problem, the paramedics are here within absolutely minutes. I don't dislike anything about it except that accidentally I might lean against a desk or table and it goes off and of course that is annoying to the company as well as myself. The last time I used it, it was at a very critical moment. I was getting out of an elevator and I felt like I was just about to faint. I went down on the floor. There was nobody on that floor at the time and I pressed the button and that was about the only thing I could do before actually passing out. And before I knew it, the paramedics were able to locate me.
I've had a couple of calls to them and they've done good.
I give them a call when I needed them and they came quickly so I'm very happy with the service. I like it because it's hand when I need it and it works. I was having a heart attack so I called them and they were right there and got me to the hospital in a hurry so that was very quick and that was good service so I was very happy about that.

I wish there was an alarm when it looses phone service. My Moms phone line went out yesterday. She had no phone service or One Call Service all day before we realized the phone line was out. Other than that, it's great.

Never had any problems with them. Whenever our alarm has gone off, even by accident, they've always called immediately to find out what the problem was. One time the unit got unplugged bu accident and they called to notify use about that. Customer service is excellent. We're both generally satisfied with it and glad we have it and we'll keep it as long as we need it. We've had excellent results and I think it is reasonably priced and well worth the money you pay. I would recommend it to anybody that needs this kind of device.
