Wish they would implement new technology, where it works off a satellite or phone towers so you can wear it anywhere. The button is kind of hard to push but I like everything else. It works fine.

I am not happy with the bump feature. I thought I had it figured out and I bump the damn thing and it goes off and I tell them I am okay but they still call the emergency people. I have to much chest so the necklace does not fit correctly.

I like the idea of it. I did fall one time while playing with the dogs and it went off and that was good. The guy did say I wouldn’t even know it was there when I said I wanted to wear it around my neck all the time and that is not true. Some people will do anything to make a sale.

Customer service was able to remotely reset my device when I had a problem on Monday. The pendant failed to properly detect my fall but I am happy with customer service overall. I would prefer a microphone in the pendant to talk to the operator.

Orientation should be more thorough. I think the explanation of the service was not done quite as clearly ass it could have been and I had to learn how to use it by asking a friend but when I do use it, they are here quickly. The one response I had was excellent. It went off and the EMTs came.

The voice of the people that work there is quick to respond when it detects a fall. My only complain is that it is set off too easily and that there is a unit for upstairs which isn’t working so the unit down in the kitchen is where I need to respond.
