I got it for my mother since the service wouldn't interfere with our home alarm system. We haven't used it yet, but my mother takes it out when she goes out by herself. Everyone in customer service has been terrific. They're very helpful and informative.

It has a lot of good benefits in all different areas. Whether for, medical, fire, burglary, or anything, it goes a long way, and I'm proud to be a customer of Mobile Help. They give you good, adequate information, enough to go on; you feel safe and secure. Any question I ask, they come along with it, they don't hesitate. So when I ask any question on a particular item they successfully answer it. The device itself works and when I carry it outside, it works wonderfully. For me it's good that when you live by yourself, independently, you feel secure. You can do almost anything when you have Mobile Help, when you need the help.

It was a lot less expensive than what I had. It's simple to use and I can go any place around. I drive, and I can go into town, and it's fine. I'm out here in the country and I'm elderly, so it would be worth a million dollars to me if I needed to use it. I thought they were grand in customer service. They were all polite and truthful.

I saw it advertised somewhere so I decided to get it. I usually just put the button in my pocket and carry it around wherever I go. Occasionally, the button gets pushed on its own and they call me right away and ask me if I need help. That has been a bit of a problem since I've already had 2 or 3 instances of that happening without me even noticing. Customer service always responds very quickly to that though. They always call me and ask me if I need help.

I saw an ad for them in the paper, so gave them a call and asked a few questions. After that I decided to join in. I've only had it for 2 weeks but I wear it everyday. I put it on in the morning and in the evening I put the watch on. Whenever I leave the house I take the GPS with me. It is a little bit expensive to be honest. Last time I called customer service the woman that I talked to was not really nice, she had a bit of an attitude issue. I needed help with the necklace since the string is too long. I was trying to get someone that could help me make it shorter but she didn't know how to. Another issue is that the watch itself doesn't look like the one that they had advertised in their pictures. The one they had looked nicer and this one looks like a simpler form. I'd like to know if there's a way to change the one I have for the one they advertised.

I did an internet search and since they met our criteria we got it for my 96 year old mother. She falls down a lot and can't get up on her own, so she has pushed the button to get one of the neighbors or someone in the family to run over and help her. Sometimes emergency services come, but that's not always needed. They're very helpful and have given us great technical support so far. The base is great, but the battery life on the mobile device is too short. Still, we're very happy with it, we couldn't be more pleased.

They're really the only service I tried. I used it once late in the evening when I was having chest pains. They acted pretty quickly and help showed up right away. I also test it once a month and it has always worked. I never have any problems with it.

I got it for my father in law since it didn't need to have a landline to use it. He wears it when he's going to be away from us so that he can get to us if he needs help. There has never been any problems that we couldn't work through with them. The biggest thing has been the batteries but, as I said, we were able to work through that. My only suggestion would be the alert they send to loved ones when the button is activated. It would be more convenient if they could send text messages rather than emails. My email is just slower to get through my phone compared to a text message, so if they could do that it would be wonderful.
