Within 4 hours of setting up my dads MOBILEHELP my stepmother fell and they had to push the button! So glad we got your system. It worked perfectly. She had to have hip replacement due to a bad break, but had immediate help because of the MOBILEHELP system!

I bought the equipment for my mother. She is not technologically- inclined but she figured out everything quickly. The customer service had been outstanding and the fact that I can locate my mom via an app. On my iPujne is great. I also like that we receive text messages when batteries are running low on devices, etc

Not even a month after I got it for my father, he had a bad fall and broke part of his neck. Luckily, he remember he had his watch button on him, pressed it, and immediately the family was notified and emergency services were on their way. I honestly don't know what he would have done without it because no one was home at the time.

I could not ask far more. I have my 91 year old mother using this. It has gone off a couple times at night. unknown as to why. My mother wears around her neck.They have called and been very nice to ask if all was ok. If nothing else I know this works. After awhile u forget about it.

The unit is handy and not too big or bulky. It can sit in your purse or pocket when you're out walking. When it goes off, you hit the button and have a clear conversation with whoever is on the other end. They're always friendly and answer your questions so you understand.

Everybody from the company is very attentive. I need them to explain things pretty clearly. In fact, I set up the new device for a couple of days and they identified the battery was low and sent us out a replacement right away. I'm pretty impressed. When I called to order it, they explained things very well and put a rush shipment out.

The times we've tested it, they're very fast at responding. They've got a very fast response time so I'm real happy with that. I put the bracelet on in the morning and I leave it on until I go to bed and the base unit is right beside my bed. They seem to be prestigious and I appreciate their help. I don't worry about my safety and that is a big plus for a seventy one year old.

I had another one I did not like and I saw the ad for MobileHelp and it just clicked with me that it sounded like what I needed. With most big companies once you sign up, they make you wait thirty of forty minutes to help you but they helped me right away. I lost the device and I called and I found it in my car because of their help.

I appreciate the fact that it has GPS and that as long as I have the little receiver with me, they will know where I am. I feel like the device is a little expensive but I think that it is worth it. The device is also a little sensitive.

The woman that spoke to me while I was signing up was very helpful. They give you a lot of options. I like how when you call you can say it is an emergency or you just want to call someone on your list. They also provide a lock box, which is very convenient.

The lock box allows people to enter my house in an emergency and I really like that. I have had a couple of falls and EMS was at my house within 5 minutes. They are so efficient. They are the best company for the service we need.

The one I wear around my neck is just fine, it has magnet closing so that is good. I don't wear the wrist button at all. The only time I've used customer support is when I was setting up and I didn't have a bit of trouble with them.

I'm 94 and I needed something. I had fallen and was stuck in the corner wasn't hurt and I had to call an ambulance. When I needed them, they were here. I like the little pendant I wear around my neck. It costs a bit but it is really worth it.

I always take it with me and I have it at home. I don't always put it on but I know exactly where it is and it's not far from me. I feel the technology behind it is excellent and I haven't had any problems with it. I think it is a fair value. It is easy to use. They person I called was very knowledgeable and very good. I compared the three companies that are very popular and they seem to be the one that was easiest to manage. I would like it to be less expensive but if it saves my life it is worth every penny. Last Monday I was bowling and I accidentally pushed the button. They called my home unbeknownst to me because they could not hear in the bowling alley and they sent an ambulance to my home.

I ordered one different company and I paid for it and they never delivered it , they delivered it to the wrong place, so when I saw Mobilehelp on T.V, I called them. When I did call and asked questions, they answered. They give good service. When I push the button, there is a response. It is a little expensive.

So far I am pleased with it. It is a very reliable system. I had to use it one time, I was picking tomatoes and I didn't have my cell phone and she could not get in touch with me when she was feeling dizzy. She hit the panic button and they showed up within two minutes.

So far they've been alright. We've actually accidentally called a couple of times and they've been very nice about it. The salesman was not pushy, he just answered my questions. I had another one and I was dissatisfied with them and then the flyer came in the mail for mobile health so I signed up. The service reps have been extremely helpful and they were very polite and I appreciated that. It's a little bit expensive but I really needed it because I have taken some falls and it's not nice if you don't have help.

The first day I was wearing it and I went to sit down on the couch and the pendant swung out and it sort of dropped and within a few moments there were people knocking on my door because the alerts had gone off upstairs and I didn't realize it so they thought that I had fallen. The customer service sent the system to use very quickly when we ordered it so I know they're on the ball as far as getting things shipped out to you.

I haven't had to call often, but whenever I have called in, they've been very responsive. It gives some false alarm when I'm just sitting in a chair. For example, it will go off and I know how to cancel the alert, but I think it's prone to giving false alerts. Not every day, but at least once or twice a week.

I like the way they acted when I called in and they treated me well. It was 3 o'clock in the morning and I just had broken my shoulder the day before and I was home and I passed out on the floor and hit my head on the cement and had to call them and they came in right away and got me.

I wear it all the time. I'm allergic to this sort of plastic and so I called him and they can make this device were it has a little felt pad on the back since it doesn't affect the quality of the use of it. That's the only complaint I had because I was allergic to it so I put a little round small band aid at to keep it from rubbing on my skin.

I'm very satisfied with them since I purchased it six months. They got me the help I needed and they emergency came within ten fifteen minutes and took me to a hospital very quickly. I was very impressed. They've always been nice to me when I call them. I had to call and have them change my emergency contact person and they're very knowledgeable and they very nice to me when I ask some questions and stuff. They answer correctly without having to look up information and stuff.

I ordered it from my mom and she has the GPS that allows her to and we have tried it as we've gone different places to see how well you know it works when she's traveling. It works. The device helps my mom feel secure and a little more confident living alone. Customer support has responded to all my questions and they call back when they say they will.
