The mobile device the wrist device has gone of twice NY accident. The first time I was sweeping leaves out of the garage and it went off by its self. The second time it went off in its own while I was speaking on the phone. Then bade kept repeating call in progress and the mobile device whuch was upstairs said sending help. I had to go up stairs and speak to the rep and tell her dk not send and ambulance they wrist device went off in its own.

Today my mother's mobile unit activated and she did not respond to the mobile help call. You properly activated local first responders and contacted the emergency contacts on her list (Thankfully she is ok). Unfortunately, when I called you for more info about what happened I was waiting for 23 minutes to get through. This is unacceptable.

I'm a new client & find my necklace very sensitive to send a fall message with little time to say i'm OK. Last week it went off when I was sitting in a chair talking to a young man about a new phone! I am not able to wear your watch as I have a very small arm. Only way I could wear it was at my elbow and that does't work. I like th pendent and would like tosen the watch back in exchange for another pendent.
