It is a robot/computer that I talked to, even after I requested to speak with a real person because the computer didn’t understand what I was asking. That was ridiculous & of no help to me.

My 97-year-old father has fallen twice and NO ONE at your organization has called him, the fire department or me. WHAT is the point of paying for this stupid service? I am cancelling this service and want a large refund.

We purchased the mobile help watch and when my husband was having a seizure, I pushed the help button 6 or 7 times and NOTHING happened. I then called 911. Worst product ever!
